Do U know what board members terms are up in Feb? Izzy, Janet, Angry Birchmore?
Watch out 4 this ploy from the board:
Instead of letting a board members term run out, the board member resigns a couple of months before term expires and the board appoints another of their cronies to fill the spot until it is time 4 the election 2 fill the spots.
At that time the board says the temporary member is doing a great job and recommends that person 4 the position thus protecting their intrests here at Anasazi.( Selling Condos, Selling Insurance, Short Term Rentals )
I am going 2 refer to Angry Birchmore, Brian and the Peanut Attendant as "Visitors" since they also do not live here at all or are short term residents. (Peanut Attendant)
Lets ask the above visitors (Angry and Brian) if they live in a gated community with a guard at the entrance limiting entrance into their community! If so we want the same here at Anasazi

The only place that was hosed down was in front of the office. Why are you stirring the pot??? Their is a reason you are a former employee!!!
Anonymous said...The Car Ports Roofs were cleaned by Frannie and Jake quarterly and Sindy cleaned the elavators (outside) pine needles and dirt.
I remember water trucks washing down the lots after dust storms, not just the business office lot where Roe parks her car undercover.

Anonymous said...as a long time resident, I really could care less what a former employee has to say. They have no business sticking their nose or comments about what is going on here unless they live here. And I agree with the other post, no hosing every week of the parking lots nor cleaning of carports 4 times a year. Good grief they wouldn't even pick up a piece of trash unless they were told to. Don't know who they think they are B S-ing.
