So for all the naysayers out there,,, This Blog GETS THING DONE PERIOD
At 8:02am this morning Wayne and Roe were personally out removing bad patio furniture
I guess that made it very obvious that this again something that needed to be addressed before winter
This should be something our management and board should be watching
Why must we take extreme measures every time something is broken here, many of you
called office or wrote me and nothing was done
So we organize a chair pickup for Sunday AND ALAS THEY ARE DOING IT
THANKS WAYNE AND ROE THIS IS MUCH NEEDED
Now lets get the umbrellas painted and the rest of the pools to look like pool 5, Trees trimmed, carports cleaned and the mudhole behind building 5 that is turning to quicksand with the new drain that doesn't work
Am I the only one that walks this property ??????

Yes the car port roofs need to be cleaned, trees trimmed and thinned, pool furniture replaced, waterfalls repaired, rules enforced, pool security during the day and on the weekends, club house updated, game room needs repairs, cactus garden needs TLC,
BLAH< BLAH< BLAH!!!!!
I assure all of the above will be done before the visitors arrive. We will have a concentrated effort to have everything perfect for the visitors starting in October.
Then we will return to our regular schedule of not repairing or spending any money the rest of the year for the year around residents.
So please make do with what you have now, and look forward to Oct when things will really start taking shape.

I did the same thing at pool #1 and they put the broken furniture back out!
If they remove the broken tables and broken chairs from pool #1 there will be "NO FURNITURE" at pool #1 thats how bad it is!
If they removed all the furniture from all the pools they could really reduce maintainence costs because no one would use the pools!
EXCEPT POOL #5 OF COURSE!
