An exemption that allows persons or entities to continue with an activity they were engaging in before it became illegal through a change in regulation.


So Faye when at last meeting you challenged my dog, who was approved
by management here 3 Years ago with official letter after my near fatal accident, I find that you
may need to read definition of Clause..You can start the new rule But
all residents before this date you vote on will be exempt, It a legal battle you cant win
Or Do I believe a majority of residents would agree to spend money on
with all other things of importance here

Happy Father's Day Mr. Webmaster.





Owners and residents will not sign their names to their post for fear of retaliation from Wayne! Your building do not get cleaned, grass not watered and so on.

You see at the board meeting how the owners are treated when they ask questions that the board does not want to answer. The board and Wayne are control freeks. If you are not in line with them you are singled out, called names and ignored.

The Residents Voice was the only place where 



owners and residents could voice their concerns 


and comments without fear of reprisals.....

Well I have heard it all!!! POOL WRISTBANDS???? NO WAY... WHAT THE HELL IS THIS A DAYCARE CENTER OR THE NUT HOUSE?? Pool Furniture. We all knew they wouldn't be back till after the 4th. And for FAYE, maybe her friend Janet could have her @ dogs bite her (Faye) in the butt. Tree's need to be done asap. Just love using BBQ's that have bird pooh all over them, maybe we should have the Health Dept at the meeting! MAJOR problem here is this OLD-FART, CON-ARTIST board. Time for all of them to ride off in to the sunset. The important things here are water lines and fire lines, and the list goes on. The useless board has things a little backwards!!! Don't you all think????

Mr Webmaster, Has everyone forgotten about the Police Meet & Greet we asked for was lost with the board,They said no way to residents meeting officers on duty, But could meet someone who does not work here.Why has the board abandoned this idea after such a call for it from rsidents

Thank You Mr. Webmaster! First off:

* Police Meet and Greet must be
approved and time set before
July 4th. ( NO ON IZZY'S IDEA
OF COMMUNITY WATCH PROGRAM AND
BACKGROUND CHECKS)

*** We cannot let this board meeting end without the board approval of Police Meet & Greet with the Community!

* Wristbands???? No one here on
the weekends to make this stupid
idea happen! This place is not
an "OCTOBERFEST" or Disneyland.

* Pool Furnitue? At the meeting we
must ask why Frannie was not
hired to do the repairs on site
instead of sending to an outside
vendor costing us 5 times the
cost plus being without the
furniture for 5 weeks. These
repairs could have been done by
Dan, Pete, Roe or Wayne.

* Dogs? Everyone must follow the
same rules or no rules for
anyone! Wayne thinks rules are a
technacality not to be enforced!

Their agenda is B------t! We want answers to the following problems:

* Trees trimmed and thinned.
* Dead plants replaced
* Pool security on Weekends and
Holidays
* Car Port Roofs cleaned
* Parking Lots cleaned
* Where does the money they collect
from Club House Room rentals go?
* Why are there 2 salaries in the
office? ( Wayne & Roe) Only one
before Marianne!
* Short Term Rentals?????
* Bldg cleaning schedule IS NOT
being followed.
* Are we paying Wayne to go boating
on scheduled work days?

So on and So on! Everyone knows this 4th of July this place will be full of short term renters peeing in the pools, proping gates open with rocks, jumping off the waterfalls and beer and wine bottles in the pool areas. This is real world at Anasazi and no one is addressing what the full time residents have to put up with!

What board members terms are up in Feb? Is Izzy resigning at this board meeting?

We cannot be silent at this meeting! We must demand the same attention to this property that Brian, Angry Birchmore and Faye get at their guarded community!
REMENBER THEY DO NOT LIVE HERE AT ALL!

Looking forward to the up coming meeting and putting Angry and Brian on defense.....

Non-Residents should "NOT" be allowed to use our pools, clubhouse or any other facilty we pay our dues for. Has the board made another decision without the owners imput? Do we now have a "OPEN GATE" policy here at Anasazi?

We should tell the board we are going to start putting our HOA Dues in an escrow account and not release the funds till this board starts addressing the issues the owners want done.

Everyone! Are you not finally SICK & TIRED of this absentee board, AAM & this management team?
Enough is Enough! It has been 3 weeks since our building has cleaned. Walked the property last night and found 14 large lights burned out that light up the buildings numbers or sides! Pool #1every light is burned out in the black stand up light fixtures. Water shooting straight up in the air from the broken sprinkler heads, broken by the new landscape crews running over and turning on the sprinkler heads, but not telling anyone they broke them!

If you as a home owner hired AAM and Wayne to do this kind of a job at your private residence YOU WOULD HAVE FIRED THEM AFTER THE FIRST WEEK. Why are we putting up with them on our property here?

Someone make a motion to get rid of AAM and Wayne at the meeting. It will be secondted.
