Can you not see how our property in decaying around you since AAM and Wayne showed up?
Can you not see that nothing is getting done on a day to day basics as when Jake, Frannie, Sindy and Frannie son was working on the property everyday maintaining standards.
Can you not see how the CC&R's, rules and regulations are not being inforced. This property is out of control right not! The inmates are running Asylum!
Take a walk around the property, but "OPEN YOUR EYES" while walking!
Trees are not being trimmed and thinned, car port roofs are filthy, parking lots are filthy, pool furniture is falling apart and not being repaired or replaced, waterfalls are falling apart (Can't remember last time waterfall at pool #3 worked) Cactus Garden looks terrible.
I can go on and on, hopefully you get the message. No one is working on this property everyday as before! The owners and residents are fed up with this board, AAM and this management team in the office. We need a recall election soon to rid ourselves of the board, then AAM and the team in the office.
Not one board member will give you their e-mail address or phone number to reach them! What's that all about. If I was a board member and doing a good job I would be proud to have residents reach out to me, and proud of the job I was doing. Not this board!!

If you are a board member and not living here full time because you live in Michigan year around, how in the HELL do you have a clue what we are putting up with everyday here!
Flying in for a board meeting and flying out the next day isn't going to cut it anymore.
