Mr. Webmaster and other concerned owners. As stated before this Board uses Anasazi as a Income Resource. (Their private Piggy Bank)
Do you really think the Board is going to take any steps to control any Rental Agent....NO! These Rental Agents are putting money in their pockets. They do not care if it is for 4 day rentals, 1 week rentals or 10 day rentals.
As we know 2 Board Members do not even live here. (Bob and Brian)
One is not a full time resident here, and the other two are living in 1940's WHAT A BOARD WE HAVE!
Wayne and Roe work for the Board. They are not going to do anything to control short term rentals. It is in the best interest to do what the Board says to do. So in so many words "GOOD LUCK" Nothing here is going to change. Get used to it. Only going to keep getting worse.
