PARKING VIOLATIONS / WARNING

Well here we are, After Residents asked about all illegal parking here and also having someone watch for short term renters here, Izzy  Told me !  Why dont you volunteer to ticket the cars?  So I did and starting tonite this is a warning as we will turn tickets to office for violators. Also will help find short term renters not registering in office, Plus we could use the revenue to fix some things here

SO IF YOU ARE PARKED IN WRONG SPACE..YOU WILL BE TICKETED AND FINED

We are working on community involvement, So just do your part  Thanks again Webmaster

Stopped in to Roes office today and she already had everything together for me, We also sat and had a long chat!!  (A Very Nice Chat) And I did agree I was a bit rough on her in the beginning here, But also stated that many things were of concern at that time,

BUT I must honestly say that for many months now, I believe she has picked up her game and has been not only helpful and professional in all endeavors I have had to deal with her, I also believe that she could be a great face for people to meet when they come here, She has a great smile and seems to have the personality to go with it......Thanks again Roe......

AND Sorry for all the complainers that are going to come in and ask why they cant park in the wrong spot !!

MaHa Webmaster.

Just received stating another Board Meeting scheduled for next Thursday May 3 at 3:30PM.

Can you suggest they change time to 6PM so many more can attend?

When you see the agenda you will realize that you are having a positive influence on this NO ACTION BOARD!

Looks like you are forcing them into action. Keep the heat on them every minute of every day till some of this Paralysis by Analysis goes away!

ARE OUR POLICE OFFICERS GOING TO BE AT THE BLOCK WATCH TOWN MEETING?

Or is this another get the info and reschedule Police Meet & Greet.

GREAT JOB MAHA WEBMASTER.

Hi Ro

I appreciate your active involvement in the many HOA projects and was surprised to learn that you have joined Michael's not officially sanctioned and published HOA quest to eradicate Anasazi from parking space violators.

While this indeed is a sporadic issue during peak rental times - October through March, I do believe that Michael stretches this issue beyond reasoning and thought. As the peak season has come to an end, not only have rental occupants dropped to almost nothing, owners that spend much of the October-March period here have also returned to the cooler climates in the upper Mid-West or East.

What Michael is missing is that there are many personal relationships/friendships between permanent and seasonal owners where as a result of which seasonal owners have agreed that their assigned parking spots may be used by permanent owners, for whatever reason - and without a written document.

During the latter part of last week Michael was spotted playing the role of an assumed "official" and on occasion has used your position to contact owners parking in places for which the use by permanent residents was granted by seasonal residents. You are representing the HOA office but there is no legitimate HOA cause for your cooperation with Michael.

Considering that all of us permanent residents know that as of today, April 29th, more than 95% seasonal residents and rentors have returned to their summer residences, there is no valid reason for Michael's in-official parking police activity, nor a need or justification for your office to assist. With the sheer amount of vacated/empty, and "temporarily surrendered" parking spots, Michaels' activity, while making more sense during peak season, is entirely out of reason. Whatever he does these days and until the snowbirds return does not make any sense whatsoever or is in any way official HOA business.

I believe that we presently and during the coming summer season have more pressing issues to focus on rather than parking spots and their proper use at a time where more than 40% of the units and parking spots are vacant.

I do appreciate your HOA support activities that are sometimes difficult if not emotionally challenging. This parking police activity support request by Michael is invalid because it is not based upon a formal notice by a rightful owner of a parking spot that was wrongfully occupied, not by a passer-by making it his job to police the occupancy by numbers without consideration of consent between owners.

Sincerely,
Manfred
