I think its time we take all the time needed to answer our questions
This Board now disappears back to their homelands and we are left in the cold

Would love to go to meeting, however some of us still work for a living, and 4pm is no good. will still be working. This 4pm meeting is being done on purpose so that some people can not go. Shame on the board... Bet no one will be able to talk, because it is a Board of directors meeting, so 10 t0 1 we will be shut out. This board belongs at the ZOO.
I live in Bldg 12 and I know at least 12 people who would attend the meeting if it was at a normal meeting time! Not at 1pm or 2pm or 4pm on a weekday but at 7pm so the working owners can attend.
It is at 4pm so the board and this management team does not have 100 owners in their face telling them what a crap job they are doing!
As soon as Wayne gives his update on cutting down 2 trees (1 dead Bldg 2 and 1 alive back of Pool 1)
yes alive it comes back in late Spring every year, Wayne should be asked to leave the room and not return. He is an employee not a owner or resident
All meetings in the future must be at a time when most owners / residents can attend!
