I find it amazing that when things are printed here there are always a few people that dont want to believe what you write,But after seeing picture of employees wrecking our equipment. It seems no one has a comment. This is the kind of BS going on here.Yet no one has a comment when things that are detrimental to our community.....Mr Webmaster you seem to be defending Brian McBride and I believe he also has to be replaced as it seems like his wife is the board member!! They are using the board position to sell real estate here without concern of decisions made for residents.I believe we start with a clean sweep here with the replacement of Herb and the ending of Brians term this year J Build 4

My bad, your correct. Just seems funny that after AAM took over, they is now a 10 year contract in place. O'well, I guess we have to deal with them for 10 years.

Concerned Visitor. During the Summer the year around residents were asking the same questions about Pools!
Why would you shut down two pools in the middle of Summer?
( Pools 1 & 3 ) July 5, 2011
The year around residents turned in petitions with 186 signatures on them asking that the maintainence be delayed from July till Oct 1.....The Board (Herb) did not even consider the residents request and went ahead with shutting down 2 pools in July!
Good luck to you on your request to heat the pools!
If you read your CC&R'S I am sure it says that all pools must be heated except Pool #1 ( No Heaters ) not to favor certain residents over others. READ THE CC&R'S

Anonymous. When AAM took over, Wayne Yuruk started bring in Companies that he has used in other communities...i.e. Maintanance, Landscaping, Pool Service. He tried to bring in a Private Security Company to replace the Phoenix Police presence on the properity, but the residence said "NO" to that. The Board kept the Police.
Why do you think Wayne wanted to replace everything that was going great here at Anasazi? Maybe $$$$$$$$.

It is beyond belief that this Board has not replaced Wayne and Roe as of today. What does Wayne have on this Board that protects him from being dismissed...$$$$$
Web Master! Brian is doing "Nothing" to help out the residents. He defends AAM and Wayne?????

Mr. Webmaster, Have been reading thru all your blogs and comments. It is great that you seem to be informing people of things going on here, but on the other hand I have to say something about the way you comment back to some of the blogs. Your comments (not all of them)but a number of them, You have talked down to the people, called them names such as stupid,wind bag,ding bats,wimps and Im sure there are more that I miss`d. What gives you the right?? Did notice you did not comment to the person that said you are defending Brian!!!! But when someone left a comment about the works, cart, picture you jumped right on them, Why??? What did they say that was so wrong? Why didn`t you take a picture in the Target parking lot?? Your comment to this person was totally rude and out of line. I was all for you and what you were trying to do with this web site, but not now. I see now that when you get question`d and they dont agree with you, you make sly comments to them. So you and you alone have lost my support.Pat
