First off they have announced to me that they have no paper work from me to speak for MY CONDO !!
I have been attending meetings for 7 years... Now the blog scares them and they cant find my paperwork.....And we dont need technology here ?????/
I have called my Atty and he is faxing the original copy to me again of which I will post for all to see
The Board is going to wind up in a lawsuit as my Family Trust is very angry that no one here can safely store important documents...How many of you have they lost papers on ??

Faye made a comment that Marianne was too pet friendly..Well we were approved before and went through all steps needed by Management Oct of 2010 AND now there is a problem with our dog ..NOT !! ..Which means there is nothing they can do ..He may be slightly over the 20 lbs but is a small lap dog...See many 70-100 lb dogs every day.

You have instilled in your self that I just sit and write this blog with my opinions??
As stated before these are comments from Residents and I am just a open forum for them to speak...It seems like you have taken a personal vendetta with me, If you read a Dear Abby column You don't yell at Abby she also is just the messenger...AND as always this blog has an on or off switch..If you dont like the comments here from residents You should not choose to read it
I have stated in the last few weeks that I personally believe that Wayne and Roe have been on their toes and the times I have called them with a problem they have responded immediately. I believe that their hands our tied on things that the Board needs to move on The Tree Trimming being one of the most important....There are pine needle stacks every where..
But scolding them for jobs that Board does not finance can not be put on their shoulders
They are always friendly with Myself and Maggie, and even tease about the blog from time to time...I believe that some of you complain but never even call or go to office?? Give them a chance to act before complaining about something they dont know about ..
So again this is just an open forum that was asked for by many who could never get everything out they wanted in 3 minutes at a meeting
This was not designed to cause dissension between residents but many of you have strayed that way
So lets take a little more time in composing comments here
before you complain about a service here....CALL WAYNE OR ROE
Most likely they will assist you..IF NOT THEN WRITE A LETTER HERE
One opinion I will not change personally is THE BOARD DOES NEED TO BE REVAMPED TO ACCOMMODATE THE CHANGES AND UPGRADES NEEDED HERE

MR. WEBMASTER: I didn't see you at the meeting and you are making comments about the meeting? I was at the meeting and I know your girlfriend attended and probably reported details to you. Let's get somethings straight. No one laughed aloud at Izzy. I give him credit for putting up with the resident's at Anasazi for so long. I would like to see and many other resident's here conduct yourself when you are his age. In the meeting they stated that the office cannot find any of the paperwork pertaining to dogs, proxies etc. In other words all resident's not just you. They stated to your girlfriend that they would allow her to ask a question for this meeting but she would have to come up with the paperwork allowing you to ask questions. This is all here say since you weren't at the meeting. In fact, it was a great meeting for once everyone was civil. No one shouted, no one was rude and obnoxious. SURPRISING ISN'T IT!!!!Everyone, finally acted and conducted themselves like the ADULTS they are.

From Mrs Webmaster....PLEASE make sure your facts are straight before writing ... I am Wife not girlfriend!!! NOW LETS GET SOMETHING STRAIGHT.....People were laughing at Izzys math skills ALL people surrounding ME at meeting were not only laughing but making comments just because you didn't hear doesn't mean it didn't happen!!!! Not only did you mention in your note that they lost all dog paperwork proxies etc......Where is all our personal information going this is the 3rd time family and attorneys have sent this notarized paperwork to office .......the only reply we get is it is Marianne fault but roe has had a year to get things in order and it seems now that people challenge board there info disappears......WIERD!!!!!
AND FOR MY DOG HE IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE!!!!! YOU ALL HEARD IT YOURSELF THEY SHUT ME WITH REQUESTING A PRIVATE BOARD MEETING OF WHICH I WILL NOT ATTEND AND START THIS ALREADY APPROVED PROCESS OVER AGAIN ..THANKS FOR THE INVITE JANET!!!!!
