I thought I would take the time for a short but important History lesson here at Anasazi.
1st off the first blog post was made here 5/22/2008 YES 2008
At that time we had Marianne and Rossmar here, We had about 2 complaints a month here
and mostly the blog was a source of info and places in our area for dinner, activities etc
Then about a year ago our Make believe Board came in and sold us on changing management companies, This came from our President Robert Burchmore who brought us in the management company from his home
The next thing was we fired all the good help here and brought in AAM Management
Immediately within weeks the property started on a down ward slope and our Board said be patient!
Well we have been patient over a year now and from the amount of complaints here, It seems to authenticated that this move by our BOARD WAS ILL ADVISED..but know one wants to own up to it
Now many of you claim this site was put here for ill reasons but the history shows that this all started last year after blog was up for 4 years already
The problem was the Board could hide all activity from you BUT Blog became a source for all of you to be involved and be able to be heard
So to the Board..We took your advise and it screwed us as you all lined your pockets
Those of you that have lived here a while have to agree this property is NO WHERE AS IT WAS WHEN MARIANNE AND ROSSMAR WERE RUNNING IT
Just thought I could show a common denominator with the problems here, We have NO CREW AS BEFORE, EVERYTHING HERE IS AN OUTSIDE VENDOR AND YOU WONDER WHY WE HAVE NO MONEY TO FIX THINGS
Now the few that prosper here are sinking to new lows to stop us from replacing them
Cmon folks just do your homework and I guarantee you will see the same pattern
I just want to thank you all, The support has been great and I don't mind the few shots I get from the weak that have No courage to ask me Or try to slander my personal life...
This is business here not personal.. Those of you who take shots at me personally..Just show what kind of weak minded people you are..Your type could not shine my shoes.
So again this Blog will continue and I urge you all to do a little soul searching and you decide if changing management was a bright Idea
Its is time to remove the Board before they put is any further in wrath and then address the issue of people that are actually going to work and walk the grounds daily
Now I must say Both Wayne and Roe are very nice people, But the Company AAM cannot run this property as we are accustomed
ONLY WAY TO FIX THINGS HERE?? REMOVE BOARD THIS IS THE FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT STEP

When weak people are challenged with facts to defend their positions and can't they then attack the messenger who has the facts. Same in politics. Try to discuss a topic with a liberal using facts. Can't do it. They will revert to Symbolism and Feelings over Substance. If they can't convince you with their Symbolism they will then attack you personally, never ever discussing the facts that support your position.
A good Liberal and a Weak person will never lets facts get in the way of their Symbolism and Feelings. Easy to be a Liberal...Hard to be a Leader.
Are you close to getting the recall petitions out for signing?
At the next board meeting lets ask for the resignation of Angry Birchmore, Izzy and Brian. If they will just resign a recall can be avoided. Qualified people are living here full time that will fill their positions and get Anasazi "Back To The Future"
Keep doing what you have been doing Mr. Webmaster. 75% of this community agrees with you and will defend you. You need to fill one of the board positions coming up soon!
Heard a rumor yesterday from more than one person that Izzy will resign from the board at the next board meeting or sooner?
If this is true thank you Izzy for your past service and thank you for doing the right thing and resigning.
Time to take Anasazi in a new direction with a new board focused on the community not themselves.
Thank you Wayne and the new landscapers for the lovely flowers on shrubs we never knew had flowers !!! The trimming is being done neat and proper. Keep up the good work.
