A Former Board Member Speaks

Read and Wonder..Sure Sounds Like Things Worked here at one time !!

*Notifying people about things like water shut-offs.  Rossmar & Graham had a system where they could record a message that could be sent to the entire community, individual buildings, floors, etc.  Besides the time it took to record the message, it took less than 30 seconds to do.  If the new management company has a similar program, there is no reason why someone can't do it.  If they don't have it, it's time they do.  Communication is essential! 


Irrigation - Someone needs to insist that the landscape company does a full irrigation check at least monthly.  Anasazi has (or had) a remote control that made it very easy for the landscape supervisor to walk around and turn on each zone.  The remote is expensive....I think $1,000+.  Someone needs to find it!!!


Short term rentals - If you enforce the parking pass requirement...you can stop some of the short-term rentals in the office when they come in to get their pass. Just have the office ask "how long are you here for?"  

Unless they have been coached, they may tell you!   Also, make sure someone is checking to make sure the homeowner is up-to-date with their fees.  Privileges for the pools are lost once they are past due...so the tenant has no right to use the amenities. 

  Rossmar & Graham  actually was able to collect past due fees for one of Michael Blau's owners this way.  

But, these owners get smart...so it is difficult.  But, with two people in the office, someone should be able to spend more time on it.  Just cruise the parking lot & write violations for no parking permit is a simple way to start....

Using 4 letter words cannot describe how inept this board and management team is. This Board and this Management Team "DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU THINK AND WHAT YOU WANT" It is unbelievable what the owners are willing to put up with.

A young man was bitten last week!
Ladies walking 3 dogs, NOT 1 DOG?
Dog crap everywhere!
Dead rabbits in Cactus Garden!
Dead plant are not being replaced!
Nothing is getting enough water!
Parking lots are filthy!
Dumpsters over flowing!
3 day rentals, 1 week rentals!

THE LIST GOES ON AND ON!!!!!

And you will hear at Monday's meeting what a "GREAT" job AAM and this management team is doing!

Someone please ask the Board at Monday's meeting why they choose to continue to keep this management team here. Board Members, No one needs to get fired, just tell AAM to move Wayne and Roe off this property.

Can you or someone who knows that guy who does the short term rentals check with him and see what he charges? If it is cheep enough I am concidering having a High School Alumni get together here. It must be cheeper than the Embassy Suites!!!!!

Mr. Webmaster. If we had Police presence on the weekends day and night the Police could be checking the pools for correct swimwear, glass in the pools, drunks falling in the pools, drug users in pool areas and checking if people in the pools actually belong here!

If you have not heard how the Police do meet & greet...It is Great! They will find out who you are and where you are staying and for how long in just about 20 seconds! The Police then do a recap with Management so management can contact the short term renters to see who rented to them! Problem solved!!!!!


Someone please invite that rental agent guy who does short term rentals to the meeting on Monday

He can explain to the owners what CC&R'S he is using, what guidelines he is using, and who is approving for him to do short term rentals.

Mr. Webmaster. In response to the post about "Former Board Member"

Many of us have been here long enough to remember how bad the situation was with car breakins, drugs, trepassers before the Phoenix Police Officers took over. Private security was a joke ( As Wayne tried last year and failed )

To this day know one knows why Rossmar was released and AAM was brought in. The decision was made at a non scheduled, secretive meeting on a weekday afternoon. You cannot get a straigh answer from any board member. They will say something about Marianne that makes no sense.

Monday's meeting should be interesting! Owner asking pointed questions on everything that is going wrong here, and the Board defending Wayne, Roe, AAM and giving everyone a song and dance and apeasement pablum.

June will be 1 year since the fall of Anasazi started! The Board, AAM and this management team at direct odds with the owners from day one!
