Wish everyone had your passion...You are Born Leader. 
There can be only one leader, the rest will have to follow you. Sure hope you have your sights set on a board position next time around.

Board president would have a hard time explaining how to screw in a light bulb. Need the insurance agent to explain what insurance changes are coming. Sounds like we are getting the short end of the stick!

Definately time for Izzy to give it up....embarassing himself.

Pleased to here Janet wants Police presence on Saturday and Sundays to patrol pools and control short term renters.

Don't give up the good fight.....

BOARD MEETING RESULTS..PART 1
Well it was somewhat a colorful meeting on Monday


There were some good things put into works and some things that need to be discussed

Lets start with the GOOD THINGS


One of the best things to come out of meeting is the Board is going to put Police Officers to patrol pools on weekends which have become a problem with visitors and those just sneaking in..This is a great idea and seemed the Board will enact!!


This will also help as Wayne explained we must all help keep an eye on pools or the county can and will close them, One of the biggest issues is the amount of glass in the pool area and Office has asked and we can all help patrol this kindly..Just explain we will lose privileges of pool and when its 118 it matters to us.He urged us all to help and believe it was a good request, Seems to really have picked up his game!! 


If Glass is broken in pool Area .The law states the pool must be drained..7 Days...
Observation by all residents will work !!


Good thing:
After meeting Brian Mcbride did take the time to address with me some of the concerns that I did not feel were answered and was very helpful in making sure we have all the right ways to get some things done around here..Appreciate it Brian
Good Thing:
When I brought up short term rentals and parking issues, 


I suggested we start at looking for cars that are parked wrong.and IZZY yells why dont you volunteer?


SO I DID !!


So tomorrow I will go to Roe and get parking violations and start getting the illegal cars on record for office to deal with..2 other residents also volunteered...See we can work together!!


As far as short term rental?? Roe and office need to start to be more diligent and start checking complaints from residents about short termers in their buildings..They make it seem a bigger problem to fix than it is
AND we can use the revenue from these VIOLATORS  


Neutral Things


Board is looking to change one thing on our CC&R'S, It has to do with insurance clause here on units, The reason I say neutral is it seemed to make some sense but when Robert Burchmore was asked to explain here thru a hissy fit and got angry with Residents..But this is his normal performance.I then put him in his place and Bryan took over and explained it into better detail..Something we all must vote on so just get a copy so you can decide for your self's or I will obtain and publish here....


Mr Burchmores behavior was the subject of many residents talking outside after meeting !!!  Same conclusion from all ..This  Hemorrhoid  must be removed here, He lacks any qualities we need in a Board Member


Not So Good Things


Well as far as Resident Police meeting, I asked all Board Members if they were pro or con on Police?

NO ANSWER !!

When I addressed the board and asked if residents could have a Block Watch kinda meeting they said NO Problem......We will discuss at next meeting!!    Are you kidding me they have to discuss the option of such a simple request?

 I then asked why all 17 of my emails were never answered by Board and with this IZZY decided to scold me??

 In which I promptly told him to QUIET UP ..SIT DOWN  and LEARN !!  In which he did Promptly ..

Then the board and office exchanged pointing fingers at who has not checked email ??    When I offered to help They said I was to Technical , when asked about resident email..TECHNICAL ITS 2012

NOTE:  Can see how the Board makes it hard at times for Wayne to do his job,

Example:   6 trees need to be removed and THE BOARD (JANET) Say she would like to tour the tree's with Wayne soon before removal ?????  


IS SHE GONNA KISS THEM GOODBYE ???   Let Wayne handle the things he should and Board attempt to do something Board Associated  !!  


AND THEN Robert Burchmore said he wanted to go too.....I cant even say what I would like here..Too many angry emails if I do...But You Know !!  lol

Police presence on the weekend (Sat & Sun) during the day and night...AMEN! Thank You Janet!

Comment on glass in pools. It is not right (Notice I did not use the term Fair) that the full time residents are locked out of the pools when short term visitors (3 days) are causing the problems. It is also not the full time residents job to police the pools, and clean up after families and individuals that do not care how they leave thing since they are only here for long weekend. If management is going to lock down 1 pool then lock down all pools for the week. See how long full time residents will put up with that.

What are the dates for Janet's Field Trips to visit the 9 Pine Trees on the short list? Like to be part of that Field Trip.

I still have a bad feeling that Wayne and this board are anti Police and working to get rid of our Officers! When not one of the board members will say they are pro police and want the police presence here...not a good sign!

The ducks are cleaner than the short term renters are. Leave the ducks alone. I don't hear anyone wanting to catch, harass the short term renters.

Mr. Webmaster. After attending Monday's meeting two very important processes were confirmed.

1. This board is a Micro-Manager
2. Micro-Management leads to
"Paralysis thru Analysis"

First example: This board cannot even give the go ahead with a community function (Police Meet and Greet) without hearings and meeting that delay action!

Second example: The removal of dead Pine Trees. If the board had faith and confidence in Wayne, they would let Wayne do his job. They don't thus paralysis thru analysis.

Third example: Board micro-manages Wayne and Roe because they do not naturally have the skill sets to do their individual job descriptions. Wayne is a Maintainence Man not a Community Manager (Dan's Position) and Roe should be handing out Bowling Shoes at some Bowling Alley, no Customer Service Skills.

You and I know how much productivity is lost when a week person, company or board is intimadated by younger more talented people doing a good job ie: Rossman and Marianne.

Paralysis thru Analysis is what we have here at Anasazi. This is why nothing relavent is getting done here. If we study it long enough and we discuss it long enough (NOTHING GETS DONE) We need people of action not people of committee...
