Well it looks like the spirit is starting here at Anasazi,
I have been noticing many patio's being decorated and have to say..It really gives a great look and warmth here for the holiday's.
Maybe our Management company would like to start thinking about community ideas here.So many complexes have decorating contests to get the community together, Maybe ours should consider this or a holiday get together for the residents,
Seems since they have budgeted extra money for bonuses, Maybe offer some of that as an incentive to decorate your patio's or such.Or a community holiday get together to meet neighbors, Many here are from out of town or winter visitors away from family and may enjoy to meet other people here for the holidays
.Just a thought!..
But must say Its enjoyable to walk the grounds at nite and enjoy the decorations and thank those who have added to the holiday spirit here at Anasazi.
Please NO GRINCHES complaining about decorations or I will hand deliver coal to your door lol

Cable Company Question??
I would appreciate hearing from some of the owners here regarding cable TV and Internet services.
I have had Ygnition since I purchased over 2 yrs ago and have not been happy with the service since they raise your rate every 90 days without a notice and then when you call them and complain they say, "oh I can lower that". I have better things to do with my time than monitor my monthly rates with Ygnition serivces. Plus their phone service is not good at all - cannot even send a fax because it cuts out so much.
I would like to use another cable and Internet service provider, so I called the HOA office and they said dish network was the only other provider we can use. I somehow don't believe this to be the case because I have heard conflicting stories.
Would someone who knows the real facts please share the information - about which service/s we are allowed to install using a satellite dish? I know they are suppose to install the dish on a tripod on a patio with south facing, but that is about all I know.

Webmaster Comment:I asked this also and was told that we are locked into a 10 year contract with Ygnition, which has about 7 years left ? Also You may have a dish on patio but it cannot be attached ,You may want to speak with Jeff in building 5 as he had dish installed and it was a nightmare, they run all the cables across the floor of your house, It looks horrible, I agree I also am fed up with this antique cable company we signed up for!! But we can plan for the future by electing new board members that have the future in mind and understand todays technology,We have Board members that drove Model A's we need to get caught up with the times with a community of this magnitude. The computers, cable tv, phone systems in office are just example of technology herer so we need to stay update

Our Staff Hard At Work ????
P.S Sitting at red light last week at PV Pkwy & Cactus watching one of our crew play bumper cars with one of our electric carts...This is the staff our AAM provides?? Pictures dont lie.... After smashing the carts he proceeded to drive around Target parking lot while on cell phone!! Is he one of the bonuses we appropriated in the budget??

Almost Time For Board Elections
Well as many of you know we have an opening on the Board with the resignation of Herb as President, Also Brian Mcbride's spot is up for reelection. This is time over next month for those interested in running for board to get there resumes ready,
As stated before I also believe it is time to remove Robert Burchmore from Board as HE DOES NOT LIVE ON THE PROPERTY..In actually he lives in Pebblecreek another of AAM Properties and he was the one that referred them.."BUM MOVE..
Without a doubt our board members should be owners and live on property, There is no doubt many of you would also like to see Izzy and Janet removed also this can only be done with a No Competency vote (something to think about) I and many many of you believe the 1st change here needed is to update the Board to a Board that represents the residents, So dont get another ballot and just click the same names as always or we might have the same results.Anasazi needs some change and reform. Just as our budget has gotten out of hand, we have a management company that is draining our resources with all the outsourcing of labor here..With this budget not in tact we are looking at having to raise HOA fees this next year, If we want Anasazi to be able to sell units here we must keep HOA Down or we will lose prospective residents that dont want to move where the fee's are so high or A PLACE THAT HAS BAD MANAGEMENT RECORD..
JUST LOOK AROUND THE POOLS ARE NOT HEATED, THE CAMERA AT FRONT GATE IS STILL DOWN, THE TREE'S HAVE NOT BEEN TRIMMED THIS YEAR AS THEY WERE EVERY YEAR MARIANN WAS HERE!! were asking the same questions about Pools! Why would you shut
down two pools in the middle of Summer? ( Pools 1 & 3 ) July 5, 2011
The year around residents turned in petitions with 186 signatures on
them asking that the maintainence be delayed from July till Oct 1.....
The Board (Herb) did not even consider the residents request and
went ahead with shutting down 2 pools in July! Good luck to you on
your request to heat the pools! If you read your CC&R'S I am sure
it says that all pools must be heated except Pool #1 ( No Heaters )
not to favor certain residents over others. READ THE CC&R'S

Anonymous. When AAM took over, Wayne Yuruk started bring in Companies that he has used in other communities...i.e. Maintanance, Landscaping, Pool Service. He tried to bring in a Private Security Company to replace the Phoenix Police presence on the properity, but the residence said "NO" to that. The Board kept the Police. Why do you think Wayne wanted to replace everything that was going great here at Anasazi? Maybe $$$$$$$$. If it looks like a Duck, sounds like a Duck and walks like a Duck... IT IS PROBABLY A DUCK! It is beyond belief that this Board has not replaced Wayne and Roe as of today. What does Wayne have on this Board that protects him from being dismissed.. .$$$$$ Web Master! Pool Heating ?
Speaking with many residents this last week and many have the same issue, A different pool every month being heated?? Cmon how many of us have poolside units and dont want to have to pack up cooler, book, towels etc and walk half way around the complex, Also our winter visitors(who pay HOA every month) Come here to find the pool next to their unit is not heated..Now I understand this is to keep budget in order..BUT If we quit outsourcing so much of our labor we could afford to have heated pools. Another misstep by our management company and board budget decision. With the amount of HOA Fee's we pay these pools should be heated for winter use, What good are amenities we pay for and cant use? Just thought I would bring this up..So if your tired of hiking to go take a swim your comments will be appreciated...

Brought To My Attention !! /Board Changes ?
After speaking with a number of Residents that informed me today they agree with keeping Brian Mcbride as I suggested ..But many are up in arms over Robert Burchmore being on our Board when HE DOES NOT LIVE AT ANASAZI!! But also finding out that he lives in Pebblecreek and AAM MANAGES his property and was the one that introduced AAM to Anasazi..I also believe that Board members should live here at Anasazi.So as stated before and you all know it..Our Board is the First thing needing resurrection here, Once we have a Board that has the interests of the majority of residents then changes can proceed to make things here better..So we need to remove Robert, Izzy and Janet ..NO IF'S AND'S OR BUTS.. You all have the power collectively to insist on having a board to represent you..I also suggest re electing Brian in next election..As stated before this is a chance for other Residents to become active in your community, I have offered my service and believe we need some new life here..Lets do this with some thought this time and not just mark a ballot...Change is in your hands

Whatever happened to having a landscape company for $9,000 per month? I recall being present at a board meeting to hire a landscape company. The Board agreed to hire a company that was willing to take care of all of our landscape needs for $9,000 per month. They did an excellent job. Whatever happened to them? Of course this was back when Rossmar Graham was the property management firm that Anasazi hired. If we could get another landscape company in for that amount again, then the community would save $11,000 per month, which equates to a savings of $132,000 per year. ...Anonymous

Yes it may cost a little up front to buy mowers etc. but in the long run it would be cheaper. I can`t see paying a company for things we can be taken care of our self and have more control over. I believe many of us here are also wanting to get things back up to par, I may go against the grain here with a few of you on this...BUT I do believe its time to reguild the Board here in order to keep us on track with the times, Izzy and Janet have put in time and it is appreciated but Believe you 2 need to step down and get some fresh new ideas into the Board along with filling Herbs position this will give us 3 fresh minds to our board of 5
With this I also wish to show my desire to be on the Board here at Anasazi...

Mr. Web Master. You have my vote for a Board Position!
You seem to be a supporter of Brian and Robert. Remember Robert does not live here and probably has no idea of the situation here with AAM, Wayne and Roe. His only source of info has to be the current Board Members,Herb and Wayne.
Bria is a supporter of Wayne and has called him out for the "GOOD JOB" he is doing here at previous meetings.
So far the Board has not listerened to the residents comments and concerns, and has not addressed any of the incompitence with Wayne and Roe!
We might be stuck with AAM, but we are only stuck with Wayne and Roe by choice. The Board can tell AAM that we want Wayne and Roe replaced with a resident friendly Community Manager. Roe does not need to be replaced unless that payroll is spent on persons cleaning buildings 5 days a week! WE NEED TO ASK BRIAN AND ROBERT WHO'S SIDE THEY REPRESENT.....

Although, I can appreciate concerned residents voting on your poll, 36 people out of some 600 owners, does not make a majority. Not every owner has access to the web, let alone being computer literate.
I can only hope that more residents take your initiative and become more involved in the well-being of Anasazi. I applaud what you have accomplished with your site in so little time.
I only wish that my wife and I could spend more time at such a wonderful place and contribute to ensuring that it remains that way.

So Herb steps down and we all know we are just waiting to remove Izzy and Janet as soon as possible,But in the interim we get Janet back as Vice President??.We are just rolling out of control....

I saw all this on the web when AAM first came in. It just shows you all how our old tired has been board.. did no research on this company. In this day and age there is no excuse, did they check anything out?? Don`t think this board could find their a-- from a hole in the wall!!! They made this mess with no vote from us.
SO what do we do now? Herbie boy is running off, Dizzy Izzy leaves alot to be desired and then Janet what world is she in miss high and mighty. If I were any of them, I sure would be hiding my head. This so called board should be answering to us.

We have the opportunity to change 40% of the Board this coming Feb with younger blood capable of putting the residents first.

Well as My wife and I stated here weeks ago,
This management is leading us down a horrible path, I read your comments
Mr Webmaster spoke about giving Wayne a chance a while back...Are you ready to eat your words.The Board needs to step in and rectify this situation
