Who's Watching The Farm ???

Anonymous

So this may seem like a small thing BUT It proves a point, The Paver Blocks
were installed in Building 5 last Friday, YES Great to have them BUT

First off the pattern is not the same as all other buildings and it narrower also

NOW Why would we not make all sidewalks the same and look uniform as they should

WHY??  Because Marianne Used to watch over all projects here, NOW We just outsource and get
what we get. AND  AAM can't do the job here to our standards

NOW this is the day WAYNE took of to go boating, THINK maybe he should have stayed on property to make sure JOB was done RIGHT...Guess Not !!!

Now the bricks have been in over  a week and they never filled around them

NEXT LIABILITY one of our Residents breaking their ankles falling off the side of Bricks...

Cmon Wayne at least finish the job that was done wrong and at least make it safe

We need to fill around those bricks it is VERY DANGEROUS

P.S Can we get the Front Gate Cameras WORKING Again

Where are these qualified people and what are their names and qualifications other than being full time residents?...We should be well informed before an important decision like a recall is made..What is the ratio of owners?..do more live out of state than in?..Would not like to go from frying pan into the fire..Why were these members voted in at annual meeting?..I withheld my
vote...We need this information to make correct  decisions...I'm seeing a
lot of talking but no action....

Scott. Anasazi went from the Frying Pan into the Fire last June!

The heat was turned up on the fire when a Peanut Attendant was appointed to the board when Herb resigned. This property would be better off without a board then having the existing board.

Yes their are many qualified year around residents capable of managing this property and saving our association hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.
The year around residents know what goes on here everyday (What doesn't go on here day to day) and how AAM and Wayne are destroying the reputation that Anasazi once had.

A recall is the only way to get rid of this usless board quickly, AAM and Wayne who hates this community! Don't settle for the status quoe, we can do far better than what we have.

Wayne! Will you please hire someone to clean the top of the car ports...especially the car ports that are located under a Pine Tree. They are FILTHY and get all the car filthy that are parked there!

Also can you get someone to wash down the parking lots! A Water Truck to wash down the lots! The lot in front of Bldg#9, 10 & 11 are terrible. Durt, Dust, Rocks and old mud in the middle of the drives.

A little cleaning will be greatly appreciated.
