It is a travisty what is going on here at Anasazi! A board that does not live here and does not give a ---- what is going here except for the 3 months (Jan, Feb & Mar) when the "VISITORS" bless us with their appearance!
A management team that considers rule a technicality that do not need to be enforced.
A board that uses Anasazi as their private piggy bank lining their pocketd selling insurance, short term rentals and selling condos.
We have been saying for the last year since AAM and Wayne showed up that this property has lost its luster. Now the signs Wayne has posted supports what we have been saying for a year! Wayne has been driving this property into the ground for the last year and we let him get away with it.
If you now have to get this property up to par, than what the HELL have you been doing for the last year to let it slip below par?
Wayne is a employee here. He has no vested interest in the property. The owners must demand that he be fired for his "BELOW / SUB PAR PERFORMANCE"
