I to was at pool #1 on Monday and I also saw the 3 kids running around the pool and jumping off the waterfall.

The spa in pool #1 has no water in it due to the support columns falling apart and the steel structure rusted out. It has been a week since the water was drained, but NO REPAIRS GOING ON!!!!!


 If this was at Pool #5 it would have been fixed in 1 day.

Mr. Angry Birchmore. You are putting the owners in a terrible position. If one of those children running around the pool on Monday would have stubbed their toe and fell into the spa breaking their neck (No water in the Spa) becaues you will not put security at the pools.....Look out for the lawsuits. 

Suggested Solution. Have Roe police the pools during the hours the office is open. Instead of her smoking cigs all day in her car, 

She can smoke while she polices the pools. Someone on this staff has to police the pools and prevent what was happening at pool #1 on Monday.

Mr. Angry Birchmore remember these 2 words, they are going to come back to bite you.

This place is out of control and I cannot even find a single board member to contact ..HELP

I asked a couple residents on how to contact our Board President and

was told he does not take calls or like to be bothered??

This place is crumbling more and more on a daily basis and no one seems to give a hoot
