Thank you Mr Webmaster, So very much for taking the time to speak with me this morning. I truly care about this community, as it has been very near and dear to me for over two decades. I have taken all comments very seriously and am deeply hurt by them.
Again, I assure you I will take the extra steps necessary to avoid any nightly or weekly rentals and only allow the minimum one month rentals. If anyone would like to speak to me directly, I welcome your calls at 602-451-5482, anytime.
Especially, if you are about to assume a guest is one of mine, which seems to be the case regardless if they are, in fact, my guests or not (see http://www.vrbo.com/80035 for example.

Mr. Webmaster and fellow owners. Here is how Paralysis
by Analysis works here at Anasazi:
At Mondays board meeting the board was asked if it was ok with them if the residents had a "Meet & Greet" with our fabulous Phoenix Police Officers.
Board ssid it would look at the request and put it on the agenda for the next board meeting. 2 to 3 months away.
At the next board meeting the board will say they have looked at the request for Meet & Greet and will ask for volunteers to form a committee to put a meeting together. Dates, Who will attend, what will be discussed. Bob the president will ask the committee to get their results and recommendations back to the Board in 45 days! And then ask the question is that enough time for you to do the charged assignment? Another 45 day delay.
Committee gets back to Board with recommendations. At the next board meeting Bob thanks the committee working on Meet & Greet for doing such a through job. Bob then says the Board needs time to look at their recommendation and will put it on the agenda for the next Board Meeting. Another 2 to 3 month delay.
This is how it works here. 3 board meetings later and still no approval for a simple Meet & Greet that could have been approved at Monday's meeting.
The above is what is wrong with this board and why Anasazi has lost it's luster. Not 1 A-Type personality on this board. Not one take charge person full of excitement to get this going as a community. If you ask the 5 board members what a A-Type personality is, 4 of the 5 will probably tell you it is their blood type.
When the average age of the board is 80 years old, you get 80 year old thinking.
This will be the last post from this owner. I cannot get headaches over things I personally cannot control!
Nothing here at Anasazi will change till we change this ancient, 50's thinking board.

The person who wrote the Post that everyone here as being "IGNORANT" was referring to the Board and their lack of Leadership. I agree!
If Bob the President and Izzy the "WHATEVER" thinks YELLING at owners will acomplish anything, they better re-think that strategy.
I give Izzy a pass "VERY SENIOR MOMENT" but both Bob & Iszzy should apologize to you at the beginning of the next board meeting.....
