Every night we have Police Officers on our property. Next Wednesday we will have an Officer already here to address the community. It would be nice if more than one Officer was here (2 or 3)
This board and this management team is ANTI-POLICE, and does not understant the concept of community policing! We the residents / owners are here to help our partners the Police Officers and they in turn build partnerships and relationships with us.
We tell them where the Bad Guys are at
and they arrest them. They tell us how to protect ourselfs and all the arrests they have made on our property and we THANK THEM FOR KEEPING US SAFE!!!!!
At Monday's meeting we must get a Hands Up Vote from each board member on where they stand on Police presence and community involvement. Pro Police or Anti Police, simple vote.
Suggestion for Wayne. Starting immediately you must build positive relationships with the residents here. Especially the year around residents who have to see you everyday. Every time you see a resident you do the following:
1. Good morning or Good afternoon.
And your name is? Extend your
and shake someones hand.
3. Are you a year around resident
or just visiting our fine
community?
4. It was very nice meeting you,
please let me know what I can
do to keep Anasazi the fine
community it is.
Wayne! You should be doing Meet & Greet everyday in your position. Be a positive force in the community, and give up the adversarial position you take. Me against them! We want the Police here. We want to build partnerships and relationships with the Police. We feel comfortable and safe with the Police here. Please back up the Police and support the Owner / Residents Meet & Greet with the Police.

We know where Faye, Izzy, and Janet live. Someone go knock on their door and get their approval. Depending on their answer you will know immediately what their position is on Police Presence.
Good community relations should not be a "Me against Them" The Police protect everyone.
For this Board to be so Anti-Community involvement makes one wonder what they are HIDING! Something is not right...something is going on behind the scene.

2. Will Roe post meet & greet information next to the mail boxes and inside of the elevators?
3. Will information about meeting be posted on the information board inside the club house?
4. We need minimun 100 residents. Get the word out.
