We have talked to the "Pool Guy" and he is very nice. Although crew and residents use to always have the pool decks nice for the "All year" residents.
This is our home and this problem with the "vacationers", this is NOT a resort, should be addressed by the so called property management company.
All owners must be sent a letter to abide by these rules, which should be 3 months not 30 day rentals as it use to be!!
The visitors leave food, bottles, trash all the time. By far the worst is the way the Club house is left, not only after rentals but during the day when it is used.
That is why we have the rodent problem. Always food and trash left in the rooms. I will not use them, who knows where these rodents have been and people eat and have food in there. We know who gets punished, the residents when rooms are closed or pools are closed.
Let's get this problem under control NOW!!!!!
Also let the rental agents, through the owners, know that they cannot rent under the ruled time!!
