Answer To Shower Problem
It seems there is a shower switch that needs to be replaced and this is homeowner issue.Which is great at least we have an answer to all of us who are experiencing this issue and I will find out if Dan can fix these on his time since he is well advised on the problem.Thanks Dan!!
Now on the other hand I am still waiting for Roe to call back with the solution that she was going to do on Friday when my Mrs called her and YET its the end of Monday and no call from Roe.
I guess I am not understanding her presence yet..
Pick up the phone Roe ..maybe on the way to moving your car out of another residents place..Management does not come with covered parking

1. Suprised to hear that a resident spoke to Dan! The staff is not supposed to communicate to residents. A fireable offense!
2. Mr. Webmaster! Hate to say it but you have a better chance of getting hit by lightning tonight than finding 3 more like you to take back Anasazi. They are on site but not willing as of today to get involved.

Overflowed with Calls and Mails
I have been slammed with people asking me to reconsider running for board!!!
My answer is this if we can get 3 other strong people to run along with me we may have a chance to get Anasazi back to the community we are used to
This will mean that we have to get petitions signed to remove Janet and Izzy for No competency vote,
This would be easy and then Robt Burchmore who does not live here and lives full time in another community here in Scottsdale will be removed, This will open 3 seats plus the new appointed would make 4 new board members to add Brian and we would have a new efficient board that takes the board job serious and not just a bragging tool for outdated board members
Our Board has let us down and it is apparent by board meeting with only 21 residents attending and then again saying they could not speak at meeting, The private meeting run by me brought over 70 folks
We can move forward after the holiday
Then the New Board can a hand on Budget and management issues
Get off your Butts and lets find 2-3 other STRONG Qualified people for this board, Izzy sleeps during meeting and Janet is past her time..By Far !! And The Vice President ? He LIVES FULL TIME in another community in Phoenix run by AAM
P.S Time for some kudos to Brian Mcbride who we can all tell is doing this Board single handed and doing a great job, lets get him some support and fill the board with people around him with his same determination
TIME TO RETIRE THE REST OF THIS OLD USELESS BOARD

Is Your Shower Crazy??
Had it checked.. NOPE after talking to residents in build 14, 5, 6.7 all seem to have the same issue! Is this happening to you? I move fast .. lol but older folks could find themselves getting burned.
The office needs to look into this situation NOW! This is not the issue of flushing toilet and water changes it is a problem in our system and it needs to be taken care of.
We called office today. and Roes answer was I guess its going to be one of those days..and said she would get back to us (Fingers Crossed)..So if you are having this same issue please drop me a mail as this is getting to be a chore to shower.Thank You Webmaster

Wayne has a degree in Engineering, should not be to hard for him to figure it out.....right!
I am afraid that there is no one to fix the problem and no money to fix the problem even if there was someone able to fix it !
AAM, Wayne and the Board are putting saving a few penney's ahead of maintaining all the ameneties and the reputation Anasazi used to have that brought us here to live.
The plumbing and sewage lines in the walls and ceilings are an "ACCIDENT" waiting to happen....SOON!

Holiday Events
Santa Coming to Deer Valley Airport
What do Santa, airplanes and a delicious cuisine have in common? The Deer Valley Airport Restaurant! Once again, Santa will be taking a break from the chilly North Pole to soak up some Arizona sun and visit children at the Phoenix Deer Valley Airport Restaurant. In November and December, Santa will be arriving by helicopter outside the restaurant patio. (Sorry kids, Dasher, Prancer and the other reindeer are staying home to rest up for the big event). For several hours on each of the selected days, Santa will spend a few hours at the restaurant visiting and talking to local children. Parents are encouraged to take pictures at this event, which is free of charge.
Deer Valley Airport Restaurant owner, Voula Papamatheakis, said this is the fifth year they have hosted Santa and the visits are quite popular among area children and parents. Santa’s scheduled visits will take place for a few hours on each day at the times listed here:
December 17 – 10 a.m.
December 18 – 3 p.m.
Visitors to the Deer Valley Airport Restaurant will enjoy watching the planes take off and land. In fact, did you know that the Deer Valley Airport Restaurant is one of the best places in Phoenix to do so? The restaurant offers sit-down service and will feature breakfast, lunch and dinner specials during Santa’s visit. With a wide variety of menu selections, there is something for everyone to enjoy while the kids visit with Santa.

Mr. Webmaster. You did not miss a thing! Lost of excuses from Wayne, Izzy and Brian on why things are not getting done. After this meeting I have changed my mind and now back your decision to "NOT" take a position on the Board! At the meeting we found out that another tired, old, un-inspiring person has been put on the Board?
Nothing is changing, they are just protecting themselves with more of the same old, stale, unexperienced people.
Someone needs to give Izzy some no-dose before meetings start! I guess he is just tired like the rest of this Board.
You will never fit in with this Board, you have to much experience at making this happen and success.
Don't waist your time, Anasazi is not worth your time

2. If Wayne Yuruk is the Community Manager....What is Roe's job here? For the two or three Wayne supporters....don't you think a residents Holiday get together thrown by Wayne would be a good way to get the community together and maybe Wayne could mingle and make a few more friends!
Common Sense, Customer Relations, Superior Service and sence of Community is exactly what is lacking in the Office from Wayne & Roe!

Thanks for all the Support...BUT
Unfortunately I have decided to not run at this time, and the reason is very simple..It seems that people here do not want someone with qualifications in Business or technical, they just want a resume that you have lived here for ever..And we have Board members that don't even live here..go figure...No skills required.. With over 20 years experience in Large business management and Computer technology and budget coordination.
I just don't fit the bill.? Not Popular?/ lol
There are many of you that have wrote me lately asking why I defend Brian Mcbride??I believe he has done a good job and put in much time,Of which should be appreciated.. Well I call it here as I see it and many of you have moaned about it ..BUT remember I own this site and have control of it ...Just like the owner of a newspaper has complete editorial control..
BUT.WAS INFORMED TODAY THAT BRIAN HAS PURCHASED A HOME AND HAS HIS CONDO FOR SALE AND WILL BE MOVING FROM ANASAZI SO DON'T THINK HE WILL BE SEEKING REELECTION ...Which leaves us with Izzy and Janet who are useless and Robert Burchmore who does not live here...Great Future we have!!...
Thats why attendance is so very important at Board Meeting on 12/12/2011 @6pm
I still believe AAM was a bad move and believe we can change some important things here at Anasazi, But with things around here staying the same..AND they will if you dont get a Qualified Board here.
You can look at having the property values of the west side here with HOA fees of North Scottsdale or finally get off your butts and make some changes
It is no secret here that a majority of residents would like Izzy and Janet to retire..If they did the right thing and allowed some new blood here we could see change, There is NO DOUBT that Robert Burchmore should be ousted Immediately as he is not a Resident and this should be 1st qualification to run our Board
So As stated if in the future you Residents would actually want people here with exp to run for the Board I may reconsider But at this time my time is to valuable to play games with this place, I would prefer to keep that time working with my charity than to waste it here.As it seems here it is a popularity contest rather than bring some experience to the community
Now If you don't make changes here soon I guarantee you all better start saving your pennies because with AAM and their budget YOU will be paying higher and higher HOA fees here in the future along with less amenities,Wayne is not a bad guy, and has tried to put in a great effort BUT is just a pawn for AAM so he is restricted and we are stuck outsourcing all labor here which is breaking our budget We are a Arizona Vacation Home and we are down to one heated pool for 600 residents, You all need to start to think about the amenities we have lost or will lose
They put in a business center in office But no one has computer experience so it is also a problem ..Seeee why we need people who are up to date with knowledge of the real world ??
Its all in your hands..Fees keep going up!! Ill just rent my unit weekly like the rest of absent owners here..Who never visit here but make money from us..I can afford an increase..CAN U ?

He even used to live here, but bought a place elsewhere and now treats most of the residents like crap. Great job Dan the Man. If a person lives in another state or lives in another development in Phoenix, they must "NOT" be allowed to be on the Board.....period!
