MY PERSONAL OPINIONS AND CONCERNS:
1st ... as stated before I also believe Wayne has not had enough time here to be judged here at Anasazi !!. I believe in my opinion he needs some time to get into a rhythm here and do think he is working hard at it..
When I stated this in a post a few weeks back, I also received comments asking if I was crazy ..But as the reason for this website is everyone has an opinion.and I printed my opinions and those of others who disagreed with me.. .So all must be published and respected but silly attacks on the website owner will not be tolerated..It is a voice just like the news or newspapers......
2nd My concerns are about a rise again in HOA FEE'S
3rd We keep Phoenix Police here as Security
4th This has been bothering me a long time and I cant ever get a straight answer,
I would like to have Paver Blocks at my building also...AND ALWAYS THOUGHT IN A HOA ALL IMPROVEMENTS TO PROPERTY HAD TO BE EQUAL But selective building were done and some were not...Seems like all board member building did get them ?? Would like this addressed but know one seems to have the answer so that all buildings here are uniform ? Have no issue if I have to pay a cost..JUST HOW D0O WE GET THEM...NO ONE KNOWS WHEN I ASK..
5th I do not think we need to pay 2 salaries in the office and this is not based on anyone person there..just wonder why one person could handle it all these years and now with budgets tightening we are spending overboard with 2 salaries
So I took this time to address the readers here to show none of us here who write all agree on the same things...BUT this is what it is about, to get together where we can all sit and talk on a casual basis about things and figure which are the most important to us residents and use that knowledge to bring to board for their knowledge. Of what we as a community came together at to help make this continue to be a great place to call home
I know that all here are not going to agree , With over a 1000 of us here its hard to please all...BUT when a large amount of residents feel the same way I believe that this forum can be a great place as planned for compliments as well as criticism.......Thank You

In regards to paver blocks, They were paid for by the residents of the buildings who have them. Had nothing to do with HOA or the Board members. Each unit was asked to chip in so much, some did and some did not.
That's right. If you want pavers for the "front" of your building, get yourself out there to collect half the monies from interested residents. If not - well ????
Not sure if this is still the policy with the new Management, but it has worked well for those buildings who undertook the effort over the past few years. I have correspondence and instructions on how to do this -
