I had to take the time to make a personal note here:  I am a little dismayed at some of the tactics here, This website was designed to be an open forum on good things as well as open criticism,Of which I have stayed true, We have and will print your emails and letters here just as they are sent, But the recent poll on management grade was starting to get tainted as some of you were voting twice with low marks, I have taken the time to talk with many of you over the last few days in regard to new office managers and From a personal note, I myself am up very early and up late in the evening and must say I see Property Manager WAYNE here at the crack of dawn every morning walking the grounds!and making sure all is in order, And I know that Rose in the office can get a little snippy at times,(She is a Nice Lady) BUT I think that they inherited a Big Job here and we are not giving them a fair amount of time to get the things they are trying to accomplish, Many of you storm in her office, without understanding she is trying to learn all of you so Makes sense why she may get up on her guard from time to time, Lets give them a chance to do their stuff and 6 months from now..We talk!!   Alot of the things that most residents are up in arms about are decisions the Board makes, So if it's a Board issue work with them, Dont blame office for Board decisions, All of your concerns you sent here have so far been addressed. (I forward all requestd to Wayne)and he has handled them. With that all being said lets keep our website here The Residents Voice you all have asked for a fair and open place for your thoughts and comments  Thanks Mr S
