Thank You Phoenix Police

Hello Residents, Have received this email from the police station that guards our property and would like to extend our thanks to them for helping keep our community safe.The officers we have on property are always polite and  doing a great job....Thank You

First and foremost your site is an excellent information source and I find myself checking it out from time to time to see if anything pops up that we can assist the community with as the officers that provide security for the complex during the nighttime hours.

Most of the residents who attend the meetings already know who I am however I feel that community based policing is the key to creating a safe environment and having knowledge of who works in your community is important. Without the residents calling the security phone or stopping to speak to one of us on duty we would not have known about a lot of the security issues plaguing the community.

I would like to give you a list of the officers that have been working in this community for the past 5 years now just to give everyone an idea of who they see on a nightly basis.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday's are staffed by Det. Mike Willie, Det. Chris Scott, or Det. Mike Long. Ofc. Grant Razon works on Monday's and I (Ofc. Ryan Nielsen) work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday's. Ofc. John Mason works every other Tuesday as well.

Our goal is to provide the residents with the safest community in the Phoenix area. As with any large complex there will always be some issues however we strive to make sure that every resident feels safe in the community.

FOR SALE SIGNS



Received a call from a resident today who has called office for last 2 days and not reached anyone live!, We all know there are no For Sale Signs according to HOA Rules on either cars nor condo's. YET the back of building 5 on the second floor has had a for sale sign hanging on the patio in plain view of all for over 8 months!! This is a direct violation and seems like no one see'e it on their inspection, Was hoping an article here might help...All Mr D would like is it removed as it looks very trashy when sitting at poolside (Thanks Mr D. appreciate the call and concern)

Pool 3 -- Looking Good

Well the water and chemicals are in and pool 3 is almost ready for reopening, Great Job Done !! Thanks Kurt and Team. As you will see pool 3 and jacuzzi  have been refinished with new pebble tec and also deck has been refinished, along with the tile being replaced..Look forward to opening day!!   Thanks again to Management company for a job well done!!   Pool 1 is almost reaching  its finishing . These are are HOA fee's at work and with the amount of days of swimming in Az, Sure believe this was a good investment to keep our community fresh and up to date .

I have had an ongoing problem with the sprinkler heads spraying the front end of my car.  And unfortunately I had just paid over $200 to have my auto detailed and now it has spot deposits that cannot be washed off, have to be polished to remove.  I have requested management to check those sprinkler heads, but unfortunately I was told by the maintenance crew that is trying to correct the issue, that as soon as the lawn crew goes over the area - they will again, disrupt the sprinkler heads and the problem starts again.  I guess trying to get the lawn crew to understand they need to take care when mowing not to disrupt the sprinkler heads.
I want to also point out that the area closest to the front gate end in front of building 5 -  that is the issue area -does NOT EVEN HAVE GRASS - so basically our HOA fees are paying water bills for watering -  dirt, a dirt sidewalk and my car.
Also wondered why only some of the buildings have the pavers as sidewalk areas and some of us only have dirt sidewalks?  Why isn't this done for every building? Can someone please explain? 
Another issue, I have asked for and I get told whenever I ask for something - that there are other emergencies that need taken care of - is for someone to come up to the top floor of Bulldog 5 and do some touch up painting to the corridor wall areas - it looks like a ghetto from the elevator to my front door.  Rather embarrassing if you have guest come to visit.
I have now owned 4 units over the last 10 years (down to one  now) -  at Anasazi - so obviously feel it is a great place to live for many reasons and want to see the development maintain the quality lifestyle - since it is the reason I keep buying units here.

Pool 1

Well looks like the workman have been here Saturday and Sunday to refinish pool 1, Looks like all pools should be up and running by end of week, Lets make sure we all remember to lock pool gates always!!  Also some of you think a dog is a great idea at the pool??  remember NO Glass or Pets at Pool, lets keep our community 1st class.

Lately, there are those visitors who claim they just can't connect or it
just doesn't ring.  Others say it cuts out half of the time.

We Have Water Pool 3

Well it's Saturday morning and we are about half full of water here in pool 3. Looks like Monday we might have pool just about back in order, Pool 1 is still under construction and they are also working today on getting that finished. Will keep u updated as to progress there  .Just need to get pool man here get some chemicals and heat it up!!

Progress !!!


Well Looking outside early this morning here at Pool 3. I see we have some progress going on finishing of pool, Has been a long 6 weeks of looking at ugly from patio, But looks like we are on our way to have water again soon, Will keep you posted on progress of pools

Just My Opinion !!

After last weeks poll on "Do you think new management is doing a good job ? Well it was a 50/50 vote,NOW my one man's opinion is that we need to give them time to do there stuff and then go from there, I have had 2 trips to office myself and have been treated very well and questions always answered.Our old management company did a lot of damage here as you all know including         
One of the worst decisions ever to not get Cox and give us this rotten Ygnitin cable company.         

So lets give them a few months before you all start the impeachment process (lol) We need to spend some time with positive Idea's and less of the drama and complaints that have been far too many, Lets make this a great and Happy Community  Thanks    M

Dog Run

Just curious on why we here at Anasazi do not use the dog run,We had spent good money here at one time to install it I know it has not been maintained as of last year. Hoping new management may find this a good idea.Even if only used by a portion of pet owners it will help cut down on clean up in community, I am a pet owner and would rather take my dog to fenced area then all over everywhere, NO reason we pet owners take the few extra steps to be considerate of other neighbors.Maybe this may be a good poll for next week, If you have any thoughts or idea's PLEASE send to me at webseller757@gmail.com or contact webmaster at 602-548-2469
