Was talking with a Resident today who states that the meeting on Oct 19th is to discuss 2 very important issues, One the talk of raising our HOA Fee's $30.00 per month and also That the Board wants to cut out ALL SECURITY here at Anasazi, I think this is a meeting we should all attend.We just had a Drug Raid here last week and since we have had the pleasure of Police Security the car part thefts have all but stopped here, Also many of you enjoy to have this feeling of security as you walk our grounds!! It's time for the Board to get off their High Horses and start listening to the people here, I will No longer sit quiet at a meeting (We have WIMP'S running our Board) and think its time WE speak up against this board, They dont follow protocol and want to run this like a private little click, Well the party is over and I am putting Board on Notice..We are taking back our community, You have had your chance and made very poor decisions here.There is a New Breed here at Anasazi, One that wants to protect our investments, Not use the Board to sell Real Estate here, or think they are Grandfathered in lol...Its time for some New thinking...Out with Izzy Fromm and Janet Fritner 1st...I look forward to your comments!!

Why would they cut security? What is the reasoning? It is so important to the safety of all members in our association. We purchased our unit within the last year and one of the reasons we purchased at Anasazi was because of the on-site security. The role of a BOD member is to serve their fellow association neighbors while protecting the assets of the community. Taking away police security is not only putting the assets of the community at risk, but also subjecting the association members to personal risk. And, with the recent drug raid--come on! That is proof enough that we need police security.

Wayne Yurk is "HIRED" help and can be fired tomorrow without a single skip of continuity! Roe is a person without customer relation skills and can also be released and replaced tomorrow without being missed! Both of these people must go and be replaced by someone that realizes that they work for the residents, and not the other way around.
Remember how bad it was before the Police were a part of our community!!!!! The Police stay! Wayne and Roe go immediately! The Board works for us, or they to must go!
Who does Wayne or the Board think is going to arrest and protect us from the Drug Users, Drug Sellers, Car Thiefts that are on our properity every night
.....Mall Rent-a-Cops? Don't think so!
Why wasn't the 19TH meeting open to the residents for their imput?
Tell the Board that Wayne and his "CREW" must leave immediately and to bring in people that realize that their employer is the Residents of Anasazi!

Have been reading your web site and I do believe that some people don`t know what they are talking about. Mary Ann had to be the rudest person I have ever ran into, Roe and Wayne have been very nice and right there every time I have called or gone into the office. If you have a beef, It is with the Board not them. They are doing what the Board wants. Board meeting is not Sept 19th it is Oct 19th. The gardeners are here every Morning at 6am Mon-Fri. If you don`t see them, could it be,they might be working in a different area? No one is perfect, are you?? Give people a chance, and time. The way I see it The New Team Took on a hell of a mess.
Mr LK You are a very rude and uncaring person. Its not waynes fault, its the board. Why dont you give him a chance to fix the mess he came into. Shame on all of you for being so nasty. he is always here, and he is very kind and listens to our problems and tries to get them fixed. Our buildings are very old, lets work together not against everyone. There will never be a manager that any of you will like, you will always find something to complain about, find a new hobby and leave Wayne alone
Another resident who has no clue, What we need is a manager that works, we dont need to like them just TRUST them and at this time it is not happening, We nned changes here and we will have them this is our community Mr JG
