To all the Anasazi Board Members! Are you listening to and reading the residents disgust with you, AAM, Wayne and Roe?
After what Wayne did this week to Syndy, you must demand that Wayne be replaced by weeks end!!!!!You cannot allow Wayne to show up on Monday. The residents are furious over his action against the only person who really worked hard for us.
Someone above has faith in Herb doing the right thing. I do not!
Now is your chance Herb to do the right thing for the community of Anasazi. Replace AAM, Wayne, Roe on Monday!

I am sure Wayne is thrilled that the previous Community Manager is recommending how he should do his job! She is right! Roe must go immediately, and Wayne needs to listen to previous Managers recommendations!
I don't think 4 out of the 5 Board Members know what day of the week it is! This Board needs to go away with Wayne, AAM and the whole AAM Crew. Anasazi has lost it Luster out there beyond our "To Short Walls"

Anonymous said...Wayne's job here at Anasazi is almost complete. Only 2 more positions to get rid of (Dan and Pete)then all previous employees will be gone! AND NONE WILL BE REPLACED!
Board Members! After Wayne gets rid of everyone that actually works and have done a very good job i.e. (Cindy) then you can "FIRE" Wayne and Roe and get a Community Manager in here that has Customer Relations, Customer Service and Public Relations Skills. You have someone on properity that has all of the above skills!!!!!

I have to agree with the comments here. Been here close to 4 years, and even though I didn't have a lot of love for Marianne, but she was 10 Times better than this group. Only person I even met who was polite was Cindy Now she's gone. Wow, what a load of you know what. Unfortunately I don't think nothing is going to change anytime soon.

Well as My wife and I stated here weeks ago, This management is leading us down a horrible path, I read your comments Mr Webmaster about giving Wayne a chance a while back...Are you ready to eat your words.The Board needs to step in and rectify this situation if they want to keep any credibility with our residents,We love living here at Anasazi BUT as of recent months this community has changed dramatically. With the visitors returning for the Season, a review of the CC&R's and enforcement of all rules by Management is a must! Here are a few key rules that must be enforced immediately:
1. Visitors! You do not have exclusive use of any pools. All pools and spas are for everyone's use that has a pool key!
2. Same as above for the Clubhouse, Weight Room, Game Room.
3. Park in your assigned parking place. Playing dumb will only work once! We will ask that your car be towed.
4. When walking your "Yappy" little dogs, please pick up after them. The year around residents will appreciate it.
5. No one wants to hear your dog and 5 others barking all day and evening. When you leave that it with you.
6. NO GLASS IN THE POOL AREAS! No wine bottles and no beer bottles by the Spas.
7. Please wear a Bathing Suit Suit when swimming! No jeans or cut offs in the pool.
Anasazi is not a Luxury Hotel, Day Spa, or Resort Destination. It is a residentual community with year around residents. When the visitors leave, the year around residents are still here. Visitors! Please obey the same rules the year around residents obey all year around.

Very Obvious AAM Needs to start packing up...Your company is unable to handle the business and customer service needed here, You have also raised your payroll with bonuses and other frivolous things when our budget is in deficit, Our board needs to step up and remedy this situation before the residents take over and replace the Whole board and it is both possible and feasible Cmon Board we are seeking you to put this ship back on the right track or you shall sink with the ship, BRING MARIANN BACK SO WE CAN GET BACK AFLOAT ... signed 18yr resident
