P.S Sitting at red light last week at PV Pkwy & Cactus watching one of our crew play bumper cars with one of our electric carts...This is the staff our AAM provides?? Pictures dont lie.... After smashing the carts he proceeded to drive around Target parking lot while on cell phone!! Is he one of the bonuses we appropriated in the budget?? AND U DONT THINK WE NEED CHANGES
