2 Thank You's / Webmaster Note

BIG THANK YOU TO PAUL IN BUILDING 5 FOR  TAKING THE TIME SUNDAY TO COMPLETELY WASH DOWN POOL AREA AND FURNITURE IN POOL 3, IT WAS A MESS AFTER STORM   THANKS AGAIN TO YOU

ALSO A BIG THANK YOU TO HERB (BOARD PRESIDENT)

Just to keep the record straight and it is needed because a couple comments here were VERY UNTRUE.....Herb is leaving us due to health issues with his wife, NOT giving up or being pushed out PERIOD...So with that clear I think that all who see Herb should thank him for his time,AND ALSO HIS WIFE PUT IN OUR PRAYERS  (some of you have mixed opinions) Which is neither here or there.THE BOTTOM LINE IS ...Herb used his time to help many issues here and stood tall when most of you who complained have not sat in his shoes or are willing to do so now that there will be an opening...So HERB THANK YOU....

AAM, LLC, Associated Asset Management, Fraud and Uneven treatment:
AAM, LLC is the management co who monitors our neighborhood at Sunset Point in Buckeye, Arizona. I was on the board and discovered over 50-60,000 a month that could be saved by firing them and hiring a different co to preform the services.  When they discovered this, not only did they “plant” people on the board they did in fact give special treatment to the board members and provide “perks” to the owners in terms of favors,  monetary rewards and new driveways, furniture and house painting etc.
They are corrupt and when i brought them up on a complaint against the board that governs the HOA’s in Az, it turns out the board that governs them would not take action because i am sure they also are receiving a kickback.
AAM, LLC are the most unethical, untrustworthy and corrupt group of folks i have experienced in over 20 years of being a self employed business person. Their greed exceeds any “benefit ” we get from having them mismanage our neighborhood. They over pay lawyers, landscapers and the neighborhood looks terrible yet they are still collecting our fees and nothing can be done. they planted board members they can “control” do their bidding and make the neighbors think they “are doing the best they can” When i discovered they could be saving us 50-60,000 a month, the board voted me off and continued their corruption and greed.
This company is full of the most untrustworthy folks in Phoenix and
i would not recommend you fire them to take out your trash, let alone manage your neighborhood. each and every time
I pointed out to them their errors, they stated “no we would not do that”
yet I have proof they are the absolute worst group to manage a neighborhood and would not consider them as trustworthy or able to manage this neighborhoods monies as they have been lining their pockets for years and making our homes look terrible.

HOW LONG IS IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THE BOARD TO GET RID OF THESE PEOPLE?

You hired them, you can also fire them! Mr. Kominik. Please do the right thing before you leave us and get Wayne and Roe off this property.

Many other associations have had the same problems with AAM and they have let them go. No it is this Boards time to do the same. Admit you make a mistake, fix the mistake and move on.

It is up to you Mr. Kominik

The picture and the link for the picture was not in the comments about what was allowed to take place in the maintance offices on site!

Will the picture help change the situation with this Management Co. and this property manager?

Mr. Web Master. In response to you suggestion on Private Management.

This community does not have to go backwards in order to move forward. (Meaning Marianne)

You have on property persons with many years experience in Property Management of large complexes.

If the position does become available it should be open for everyone with experience to apply for especially for the experienced persons already living here at Anasazi. ( No relocation expenses incurred moving Marianne )

I agree that Dan stays as Maintenance Manager. Replace Jake and Syndi's positions. ( 2 cleaning buildings all week as before )

Everything else is jobed out as needed! Have a list of approved vendors to do all the other jobs that Dan cannot do by himself. In this economy I know vendors would be knocking down our doors to secure jobs at Anasazi. And no "KICK BACKS FROM VENDORS" to line anyone's pockets!

Allow Dan and the Property Manager to live at Anasazi.
(Relationships and Partnerships are already formed) and someone will always be on site in case of emergencies.

What are the chances of this Board approving such a plan? Nada, Nill, None. It would mean that they had to admit that they made a mistake!

If you get the Board to approve such a plan, you have someone on site that can start the healing process with great Customer Relation Skills and Management Experience......

Mr. Web Master,

1. Does anyone know what kind of a long term contract this Board has signed with AAM? If it is anything like the cable contract (Ignition) God Help Us!

2. What is the penalty that must be paid to get out of contract with AAM?

3. What is Wayne's and Roe's base yearly salary? Before bonuses!

4. Where does the new President of the Board stand? Represent the residents or spokes person for Wayne and AAM!

5. Who is and where is the new President? Live here at Anasazi, or out of state resident?

6. We need another residents Town Hall meeting with the new President ASAP! AAM employees should not be invited to this meeting...just residents.
