Interview with Syndy



This story just gets worse !! 

After SPEAKING to Syndy... I believe we should all be aware of the tactics going on here, 

She was asked to sign a paper saying she would not talk to website and was even offered an extra pay incentive to which she refused and also if she did not sign they would fight unemployment compensation ...


GREAT ROLE MODEL WE HAVE FOR A MANAGEMENT COMPANY

SHE ALSO STATED THAT SHE WAS ASKED TO SIGN A PAPER THAT SHE WOULD NOT SUE,  Yes they gave her a copy even tho she did not sign..

JUST TO SHOW THIS IS FACT AND NOT RUMOR!! AND THE TRUE TACTICS HERE


WILL PRINT THE PAPER TOMORROW GIVEN TO SYNDY THAT SHE WAS ASKED ASKED TO SIGN SAYING SHE WOULD NOT CONTACT THIS WEBSITE!!!

She also state she was informed that when she started working here she waived the right to pregnancy leave??  Also she asked Nancy Larson  an Executive Officer for AAM if she would get a good recommendation for next job?? 

NANCY LARSON  SAID SHE COULDN'T LIE AND WOULD NOT GIVE HER A GOOD RECOMMENDATION...Nancy Larson Another part of our payroll and another dingbat

Now some of you will close your eyes to this and say Oh Well!!  But you all need to wake up and see what we have gotten ourselves into with this management company and the Improper way of running this complex, They may be able to give the Board a Bogus reason to satisfy this incident..

But we need to let them know ENOUGH IS ENOUGH......A PENDING LAWSUIT LOOKS IMMINENT.....

SO SHE WAS FIRED FOR LACK OF PERFORMANCE???

ALSO HAVE EMAILS THAT WAYNE THOUGHT HE WAS SENDING TO AAM OFFICE REGARDING EMPLOYEE ACTIONS.. BUT SOME HOW WENT TO OTHER EMPLOYEE PRIVATE EMAILS...And you all feel safe he has all your info, He sent comments about employees to what he thought was only going to MAIN OFFICE ..But wound up sending to employee's   see below  one example

OK SO LETS GO OVER THE NEW RULES HERE:


1. Employees not allowed to talk with residents (Who needs that friendly touch anyway?)


2. Security not allowed to talk to residents.(.So much for camaraderie) 


3.Hope you dont get a email from Wayne (lol)


So our friendly community has been transformed in to Tent City with Wayne as Warden and Roe as Sargent




PLEASE WE WANT OUR FRIENDLY COMMUNITY BACK HERE AT ANASAZI,


We miss the days of Jake and his crew when they waved to us all every morning on our ways to work or where ever, The smile from Mariann, The Board even seemed happier not having to watch over so much of what management company is doing.Just so much things doing on here for us to just sit and relax..NOT POSSIBLE...  At least our Board seems to be staying up on things, BUT need them to take a hard look at management company




AAM:  DONT GO AWAY MAD !!   JUST GO AWAY

Thank you for always being informative, A group of us ladies were discussing this last bump with our Managers and Cindy, And have to say disgusted by the event happening here and the way everyone seems to being treated, from employees and residents, Cindy was a hard worker here and also was always very kind to me, I think we should reconsider this horrible mistake made by Wayne, She had just got engaged and was expecting a child..Now they fire someone who was a charm to our condos..Its a Shame!!

I have to agree with the comments here. Been here close to 4 years, and even though I didn't have a lot of love for Marianne, but she was 10 Times better than this group. Only person I even met who was polite was Cindy Now she's gone. Wow, what a load of you know what. Unfortunately I don't think nothing is going to change anytime soon.

Well as My wife and I stated here weeks ago, This management is leading us down a horrible path, I read your comments Mr Webmaster about giving Wayne a chance a while back...Are you ready to eat your words.The Board needs to step in and rectify this situation if they want to keep any credibility with our residents,We love living here at Anasazi BUT as of recent months this community has changed dramatically.
