Resident Says..........

Anonymous has left a new comment on your post "Resident Thank You To Janet Frintner":

Mr. Webmaster and fellow residents of Anasazi.

Thank you for the open forum of making comments that will not be Policed, Censored or Edited before you post them!

WAYNE! It is time for you to show up at the next meeting with your Engineering Degree in hand and justify why you should be the Community Manager and not the Maintenance Manager.

WAYNE! Words mean something, promises you make should be kept and your work ethic should be more than less.

Words you speak are not true, the promises you make to the residents are never kept and your work ethic is questionable at best!

You are judged on the above and so far you get a "F" grade on all of the above for the 18 months you have been here. Will you please ask AAM to transfer you to another AAM property. Anasazi deserves better!

WEBMASTER COMMENT

I have to add my 2 cents here, 2 Board meetings ago Wayne promised to fix some of the muddy walkways including behind building 5, He said we had granite and the budget...

2 weeks later he stopped me to say they were going to be starting in a few days...This was 5 weeks ago, When I called Wayne out at Board meeting He tried to get Huffy with me...TO NO AVAIL...

Cmon Wayne you no I back down from no one and you were wrong and did not keep your word.  Toughness is not a good solution... especially when the person you are trying to be tough with is tougher than you lol...Lets go WAYNE    Enough of the bullcrap    Start keeping your word and the residents might rally around you ????   Stop The Bulls**t  !

No Financials Again

HAVE YOU STARTED TO WONDER WHERE OUR MONEY IS YET ??

**************************
Mr. Webmaster.

Board Meeting on Tuesday Night changed everything! Did you know there was a meeting scheduled for Tuesday Night?

TV Evangelists (AAM & Board) were not ready to "Fleece the Flock"
(Owners)

New deceptions had to be planned!

Very Interesting?????
Auditing the Books?????
This Board works for AAM, NOT US!

***************************************
It is easier than that, folks.

The Board and AAM stumbled over the enormous cost of equipping the property with emergency lighting as required by code, city and other authorities. Not doing so means heavy fines - also budget $$$, and would still require the installation of the lighting system.

Additionally, it is not far fetched that the property is required to install emergency power generators to be able to extract folks trapped in elevators by power outages. The cost of any solution will be sizeable and could potentially drive up the HOA fee.

Adding to this the cost of the ongoing waste/sewer pipe repairs/replacements, and the removal/replacement of trees so many resident ask for, it is difficult to assume that there will be no increase in HOA fess.
Removing one tree and hauling it off is min. $300. Replacing it with a mature one will be more.

Pick your fights wisely so they do not effect your pocket book, the HOA fees that is.

All owners have to pay for the corrections of problems that were introduced long time ago, way before AAM and Rosmar, as early as the planning and construction stages of Anasazi. Quit whining and get real!

 *********************************************
BOTTOM LINE IS NO FINANCIALS HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATED IN 3 YEARS

WHERE IS THE MONEY GOING ??    NO ONE KNOWS !!!

I WILL RUN FOR BOARD IN UPCOMING ELECTION !!!

Yes I Michael Sansone have decided I must run for Board here, I see that Brian Mcbride's term ends in 2012

I have stated many times and to all of those that agree that our Board should consist of Residents and that the President should be a Full time Resident also that this is a good time to start moving out the Old Board.

Brian Mcbride as you all know along with wife own 5 units here, BUT HAVE MOVED OUT  and moved to McCormick Ranch where Brian Mcbride is on the Board of that homeowners.

Now he should just STEP DOWN and quiet all the controversy about family members of Board selling Real estate. You have provided your service but now it is time to let the Residents take your position

Our  Board President does not live here period, He lives in Wisconsin in the Summer and Scottsdale in the Winter !!  This also is an agenda that needs to be changed, Also has missed last 3 consecutive Board Meetings

I also believe Faye Roberts should be removed as she was appointed with out merit and does not live here, She has also missed last three Board meeting in a row..This is unacceptable !!

I believe that I have explained over the last 4 years my love for Anasazi and how I do believe we have dropped a level, I also believe if we have a Board that is present in the community we can get Anasazi as pristine as we all would like

This week is my 9 year Anniversary of buying and moving into Anasazi, And I have been around long enough to see changes along the years.

As a Board Member I will be accessible always, You all know I walk the grounds on a daily basis, Clean pool area, and am accessible to many residents who knock on my door regularly for help,, AND I'M GLAD THEY DO !! and believe it is the only true way to keep up on things here

I had a very good conversation with Wayne today and also informed him of my decision, And I explained how with a Resident Board working hand in hand with the office.would make his job easier, I also could read through the lines that he agrees , He has Burchmore calling on phone saying one thing, Izzy dropping bye with his requests Etc  Etc   Thats why It is time to make a Fresh start.

I may be going into a battlefield here

But in all reality  ..Most residents agree with me  WE DESERVE A BOARD THAT LIVES HERE TO PROTECT OUR HOME AND INVESTMENT

Being an absent owner you should embrace this idea so you can keep the quality of winter and summer residents paying top rental dollar,

As a Winter resident you also should embrace that you know when your away things will stay that way till you return each year

(Piece of mind is worth a million)

Full Time Residents
Being able to knock on a Board Members door all year long if you needed a problem solved..Priceless

GOOD FOR EVERYONE...AGREE ??  ...Then you need to VOTE ME IN

I ALSO LOOK FOR OTHER RESIDENTS TO STEP UP AND JOIN ME

Below is my Business Resume to add to those that want to know if I am capable of running on this board   I AM  ??

Granite Project Wayne??

Wayne...3 weeks ago at Board Meeting you promised we were going to get the granite in the walk ways behind building 5 and 11..YOU stated that we had the granite and also a budget for it??

2 rainfalls this week and we are still walking in quicksand !!  "And waiting for our crew" to begin

SO ANOTHER BROKEN PROMISE ??

WHEN DOES THIS PROJECT BEGIN  ??
******************************

Mr. WebMaster!
HOW MUCH WAS THE FINE FOR THE ELEVATOR NOT HAVING A WORKING EMEREGENCY PHONE IN IT?
If one phone is not working, bets are there are more than 1 phone not working!!!!!
The observed issue's with Wayne.
Wayne, this is what we observe you doing daily:
* Tardiness and Leaving work earlyyyyyyyy?
* Lack of Caring
* Lack of Urgency to get things done
* Trouble telling the truth
* No follow thru on what he tells residents
* No Customer Relations Skills at all
* Not a people person! (Community Manager must be a people person)
* Cannot and will not enforce rules and regulations
Wayne, this is not Sherrif Joe's Tent City.

This is (WAS) a very nice, pretty, well kept community that you were proud to say was your home!
NOT ANY MORE!
You hate to keep refering back to the day when Marianne was the Community Manager.......But:
* She was always in the office or patroling the grounds
* She would answer the phone
* She would return E-Mails
* She was approachable and would talk with residents
* She checked cars for parking stickers and temporary parking permits (Orange permits with experation dates)
* She worked her scheduled shifts and more
* She never locked a resident out of the office, slammed a door in their face.
* She and Herb (President of HOA) meet weekly if not daily
* She found ways to get things done
Wayne's attitude, dedication and approach to his job or Mariannes attitude, dedication and approach to her job?
DAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fellow Chicagoans Rejoice

Portillo's is coming to Scottsdale

Portillo’s Hot Dogs to Occupy Former Uncle Sam Space in Scottsdale

Uncle Sam’s old home in the Scottsdale Fiesta Shopping Center is going to the dogs. Portillo’s Hot Dogs, an Illinois-based, 47 restaurant group also in Indiana and California plans its first Arizona location near the southwest corner of N. 90th St. and E. Shea Blvd across from Scottsdale-Shea Hospital.
First order of construction is demolition of the former Uncle Sam restaurant to be replaced with an 8.9K SF building including a 1.4K SF basement. The new restaurant, designed by Jensen & Jensen, matches shopping center design, but modifies the parking arrangement and increases the footprint from 7.1K to 7.4K SF. The eatery includes a dual-window drive-through, and modifies pedestrian traffic patterns to increase safety and access to other businesses.
The site fronts Shea Blvd., and maintains existing major traffic patterns. Landscaping meeting minimum Scottsdale standards is proposed. A small outdoor patio area is included.   OPENING SOON
Sheesh Portillo's, what took you so long?
That's what a lot of Chicago transplants in the Valley may be saying to themselves upon hearing the news that the Chicago-area restaurant company is bringing its Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef, hamburgers, Maxwell Street Polish, salads, and desserts to several locations in the Valley.
Count me in that crowd. As a longtime Chicagoan, Portillo's, a fast-casual restaurant known for its quick service, great food, eye-catching decor, and counter-view of food preparation, was a mainstay (I was particularly partial to the Chicago dogs and Fantastic Chicago Italian Beef Sandwiches  and whenever I go back to visit, it's a must-have.
Currently, Portillo's has 31 locations in Illinois, two in California, and one in Indiana. The new locations in the Valley would be thefirst in Arizona.
"We ship a lot of [mail-order] food to Arizona, and I got e-mails all the time from people asking us to open there," founder Dick Portillo told the Phoenix Business Journal. "I think we have a lot of fans there, and I want to be proactive on this."
The waiting, as they say, is the hardest part.
