Question:
Since there are no restrooms available at pool 5 where do you think all those senior citizens are re leaving themselves?
This property will never be what it was again until AAM, Board are replaced.
Even then the reputation of Anasazi is what is, terrible in the community!
Low income, cheap rental property that is not being maintained with Major Plumbing and Major Fire Marshall issues on top of all the other problems.
How long till the waterfall fall at pool #2 gets repaired? Another 18 months!
Where is our Community Manager with his Engineering Degree! Surely he can figure out and repair a simple waterfall.

The full time residents know what is wrong with board, AAM, Wayne and why Anasazi has a terrible reputation. JUST ASK A FULL TIME RESIDENT! No one has the b.... to fire AAM, replace this board, demand a independant audit of the books.
Attitude here is if the grass is green and a pool is heated for the 2 weeks I am here in Nov then everything must be great!

Webmaster Reply to Naysayers
OK OK We finally have grass after 8 months of dirt Yay
Nice if we had matching tree's
BUT We Have Grass
I would like to address the things that they mentioned,
One that No one reads the blog! and the
Second is that I have single handedly ruined the reputation of Anasazi ???
So here goes, if no one is reading ? How come we have over 3500 readers a month??
As far as me ruining the reputation here at Anasazi ??
Anasazi Board has ruined the reputation of Anasazi, I have lived here 9 years and the residents that have been here for that length or longer will tell you!!
We had green grass year round, trimmed tree's. pools heated year round, Financials available etc
What has ruined the reputation of Anasazi was a NON RESIDENT BOARD that allowed AAM Management to turn ANASAZI FROM A RESORT COMMUNITY TO AN APARTMENT COMPLEX.
Elected Board members that moved out after being elected ?
The thing that hurts these naysayers the worst is the few that do not like my blog ..CANT STOP IT! But yet they continue to read ??
Lets recap the last year here in a nutshell
The main gripe here is the lack of residents getting simple things done here, We SHOULD expect to have grass year round!! not just cater to winter visitors, We should have trimmed trees, We have mud walkways, pools that are broken ! We have 2 pools out of service of the five, And only 2 Heated for all the Winter residents ??
We no longer have heated pools year round, We pay exuberant costs for low grade cleaning of buildings
We used to have pool furniture that was always pained and matched, now they are all peeling and the new chairs are mix matched, We are replacing grass with stones removing tree's The lights have never been cleaned in hallways in 14 months(Full of Bugs), We had flowers etc etc
THESE MAY SEEM LIKE SMALL DETAILS BUT MARIANNE and Crew PAYED ATTENTION TO DETAIL
We have a Board President that has Never lived here
We have 2 of 5 Board members selling real estate here
3 Board members DO NOT LIVE HERE
IF We had Resident Board members ..They would walk the property and point out to Wayne the concerns of the community.NOT DRIVE HERE once a month for meetings
So if you think my blog deters people from buying here ..Lets look at above reasons just for a start
What about all the residents walking with coolers this week and floats to far ends of the complex..Just to swim...The rumble on this issue is just beginning...Legally all pools should be heated equally..We all pay HOA AND SHOULD HAVE SAME AMENITIES
Winter visitors not near pool 5 or 2 ?? you will need to pack for a journey to swim...too the residents of building 5 ,16 ,2 who enjoy the proximity of your pool. SORRY You will be using pool 5 this winter
Full time residents understand and the winter visitors will also get a taste soon of how this property has fallen
THIS BLOG AND MY CRUSADE AGAINST THE CONFLICT ...AND RESIDENT COMMENTS HERE WILL CONTINUE....PERIOD..Funny nobody ever sends a compliment ABOUT Property or Board here?? IT WOULD GET PUBLISHED, I hope to in the near future be able to write a smoother Blog, BUT till some issues are resolved we will continue to ask for these problems to be solved
NOW I have gone back to adding things to do, places, shows etc with activities for the winter,Golf Course Guide.
I look forward to the days when that is basically what I publish,,and mostly compliments again..
But first the complaints from residents need to be addressed..If a little give on both sides, It could result in better relations and more work being done
AND YES THEY ARE READING...EVEN THE NAYSAYERS ! THE STATS DON'T LIE

SHOULD OFFICE HOURS CHANGE??

The residents that work during the week:
* Cannot attend 5pm HOA or Board
Meetings
* Have no contact with the HOA
Office during the week. Office
Hours are 9am till 4pm
* Cannot use Business Center during
the week. Hours are 9am till 4pm
* Cannot contact HOA Office on
weekends. Office closed Sat & Sun
* Cannot use Business Center on

When Roe starts her new schedule on Nov 15th at least then the working residents can contact Roe in the office and use the Business Center on Saturdays from Noon till 4pm.
The Budget Meeting needs to be scheduled for 7:30pm not 5:00pm.
WHO COMES UP WITH THESE TIMES?
My schedule for the HOA Office would be 9am till 5:30 pm Mon thru Fri with a 30 minute lunch. Or 9am till 6pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
Saturdays 9am till 1pm, or Noon till 4pm.
Sundays 9am till 1pm, or Noon till 4pm.
All residents should have access to all the amenities that we to are paying $300.00 + dues.
Other Condo Developments in the valley have 24 hour access to workout rooms, clubhouses and business centers with resident keys. We need the same access.

I see that the Budget Meeting is rescheduled for Tuesday Oct 30th at 5:00pm???????????
I cannot attend and about 40 other people I know cannot attend because we are working!
Why can't all HOA, Budget and Board Meetings be scheduled for 7:30pm so all can attend.
I am sure the Board knows they can limit the negative feedback from those that do show up at 5:00pm but it is not right to exclude all those who would attend a 7:30 meeting instead of a 5:00 meeting.
You just want to use 4 letter words to describe all members of this board and their lack of getting the whole community involved in all issues that affect all of us. "*******"

WAYNE! It is time for you to show up at the next meeting with your Engineering Degree in hand and justify why you should be the Community Manager and not the Maintenance Manager.
WAYNE! Words mean something, promises you make should be kept and your work ethic should be more than less.
Words you speak are not true, the promises you make to the residents are never kept and your work ethic is questionable at best!
You are judged on the above and so far you get a "F" grade on all of the above for the 18 months you have been here. Will you please ask AAM to transfer you to another AAM property. Anasazi deserves better!

2 weeks later he stopped me to say they were going to be starting in a few days...This was 5 weeks ago, When I called Wayne out at Board meeting He tried to get Huffy with me...TO NO AVAIL...
Cmon Wayne you no I back down from no one and you were wrong and did not keep your word. Toughness is not a good solution... especially when the person you are trying to be tough with is tougher than you lol...Lets go WAYNE Enough of the bullcrap Start keeping your word and the residents might rally around you ???? Stop The Bulls**t !

Thank you for agreeing with the residents that Roe needs to be here on Saturdays from Noon till 4:00. We agree with you that Roe should work 36 hours during the week and 4 hours on Saturdays.
You really helped us residents who work all week and have no access to the HOA Office or Business Center during the week.
Thank You again Janet, looking forward to new hours and seeing Roe in office on Saturdays when you implement new access keys on Nov 15th.

If you used Pool #5 in the last 2 weeks you know who they are. They bring their Twin Bed sized air mattresses and float like they own and are the only ones in the pool!
Perfect example of visitors not knowing anything about what goes on here at Anasazi the other 49 weeks of the year.
