Pools 1 & 3 Are Now Open !!
Alleluia, after after 11 weeks, pools 1 and 3 have been refinished and finally open, Was a long drought thru the hottest summer in AZ history, and a majority of pools were out of service, Yes it is great they are finished, But future planning should dictate a better time in future to take pools out of service.....So take a dip and enjoy.

This board and this management company is oblivious to the wishes and concerns of the owners/ residents.
Please tell all your friends here at Anasazi and all your friends that are Snow Birds and will be returning soon to Anaszzi about the Police Presence situation, the Board situation and the AAM Management Team situation.
Herb Komnick. Please post a message saying that the Phoenix Police budget will be approved and the Police presence will continue here at Anasazi! Stop the "RUMORS" now! Will the Police budget be approved?
If the Police presence is NOT approved, I suggest we have a "NO COMPETENCY" vote on the Board Members and Wayne and his crew at the October 19th budget meeting.
Please tell all your neighbors to be at the Oct meeting and demand that the Police stay, and AAM Management be replaced with employees that better fit the community we live in. If the Board cannot do the above, then the Board needs to be replaced!

Have been reading your web site and I do believe that some people don`t know what they are talking about. Mary Ann had to be the rudest person I have ever ran into, Roe and Wayne have been very nice and right there every time I have called or gone into the office. If you have a beef, It is with the Board not them. They are doing what the Board wants. Board meeting is not Sept 19th it is Oct 19th. The gardeners are here every Morning at 6am Mon-Fri. If you don`t see them, could it be,they might be working in a different area? No one is perfect, are you?? Give people a chance, and time. The way I see it The New Team Took on a hell of a mess.

The New Office Management needs a course on customer or Resident skills of which they have none, I always enjoyed Maryann in the office and she was always there with a smiling face ..UNLESS you were on of the pain in the asses who has nothing to do but walk around here all day and moan, I also agree that it is time for our board to step up and make us feel like they are doing the job they were elected to do, I wish to thank you for this website!! It is a great voice for the residents here to air their grievances and find it informative and even entertaining at times Thanks again and keep up the good work Mr& Mrs F

Board Members Care To Reply??
I have been surged with calls and emails asking if the Board of Directors has attempted to reply here. THEY HAVE NOT !! This is an Open Invitation to any or all Board Members that would like to address the Residents here in our Forum,,,Below is a list of Board members and their terms.....I will keep you apprised if they attempt to answer the call from the Resident's that have entrusted them to do right by us all.............

Wayne Yurk is "HIRED" help and can be fired tomorrow without a single skip of continuity! Roe is a person without customer relation skills and can also be released and replaced tomorrow without being missed! Both of these people must go and be replaced by someone that realizes that they work for the residents, and not the other way around.
Remember how bad it was before the Police were a part of our community!!!!! The Police stay! Wayne and Roe go immediately! The Board works for us, or they to must go!
Who does Wayne or the Board think is going to arrest and protect us from the Drug Users, Drug Sellers, Car Thiefts that are on our properity every night
.....Mall Rent-a-Cops? Don't think so!
Why wasn't the 19TH meeting open to the residents for their imput?
Tell the Board that Wayne and his "CREW" must leave immediately and to bring in people that realize that their employer is the Residents of Anasazi!

I also am a long time Resident and agree with this post , The management team SUCKS ,I have walked in to office many time and you dont even get a hello from the Wayne guy, as far as the woman in office I have already called the main office to let them know of this woman who has no customer skills what so ever , just a lemon face with an attitude So maybe if enough of us complain their bosses may seem to need to step in and fix this situation, We also never see maintenece people out and the other day the 2 young guys sat in my stairwell and talked on cell phone while they were supposed to ce cleaning the floor,,,THEY DID LEAVE THERE CLEANING RAGS HERE ON THE RAILING and never came back Mr & Mrs G Build 14

We purchased our unit within the last year and one of the reasons we purchased at Anasazi was because of the on-site security. The role of a BOD member is to serve their fellow association neighbors while protecting the assets of the community. Taking away police security is not only putting the assets of the community at risk, but also subjecting the association members to personal risk. And, with the recent drug raid--come on! That is proof enough that we need police security. Ms. N.

Today was a good example of why the presence of the Police Officers on site are so important and why we must not loose the Phoenix Police presence here at Anasazi !
The Police are part of our Community! They are why we feel secure walking the property any time of the evening! The Police are the "GOOD GUYS" They are protecting us from the "BAD GUYS"
The next time you see a Phoenix Police Officer in the community, please thank them for keeping you safe and secure. The next time you see a member of the Board please thank them for providing the Police presence and you demand that the Police stay a part of our Community.
Thank you Officers for the Professionalism, Partnerships and Relationships you have developed with the residents of Anasazi.

Good Deed / Thanks Anasazi Police Staff
I was called by Ms Joyce who lives in building 5 too tell me of her story of the wonderful Police Officer on Duty here Monday Nite (Labor Day), She has a very special angel pin that was given to her by her late husband, It is one of her favorites!! On Monday evening she had searched every where she had been those last hours and did not find her treasured pin,Including a long check of parking lot! She then just had to check the parking lot outside her car area again, So she asks our Officer on duty for some help. and behold with flashlight in hand and a smile on his face after another thorough search ? Her Hero Officer HAD FOUND THE PIN..She wanted to make he knew just how much this meant to her...THANK YOU OFFICER ..and thanks for our great team of Officers who guard our community

First and foremost your site is an excellent information source and I find myself checking it out from time to time to see if anything pops up that we can assist the community with as the officers that provide security for the complex during the nighttime hours.
Most of the residents who attend the meetings already know who I am however I feel that community based policing is the key to creating a safe environment and having knowledge of who works in your community is important. Without the residents calling the security phone or stopping to speak to one of us on duty we would not have known about a lot of the security issues plaguing the community.
I would like to give you a list of the officers that have been working in this community for the past 5 years now just to give everyone an idea of who they see on a nightly basis.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday's are staffed by Det. Mike Willie, Det. Chris Scott, or Det. Mike Long. Ofc. Grant Razon works on Monday's and I (Ofc. Ryan Nielsen) work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday's. Ofc. John Mason works every other Tuesday as well.
Our goal is to provide the residents with the safest community in the Phoenix area. As with any large complex there will always be some issues however we strive to make sure that every resident feels safe in the community.
