Get some of those red notice signs they put on your drivers side window when they "BOOT" your car for illegially parking! These red notices are almost immpossible to remove from your windows!

After talking with Wayne and many residents of late, and I know this is one problem that Wayne is working hard to get this problem under control...We support you Wayne!
A friend of mine brought a Speed Gun here the other day and for a day we checked the speeds of folks coming in gate and going to buildings 5-14
Amazing some of the speeds !! Down that 1st straight away lol
The average speed was about 16MPH
checking about 34 Cars
The Fastest was the Mini Cooper with CR**Z*N Plates

Baseball Stars of the Future Play in Phoenix in the Summer
The Arizona League is a rookie-level professional baseball league run by Minor League Baseball. Games are played from mid-June until the end of August, and a season consists of 56 games. The players in this league are usually from other countries or drafted high school and college players from the MLB June Draft. Major league baseball players may also play in these games as part of a rehab assignment. Spectators may attend these games for free.

Wrong Again
Your letter of proxy is outdated and the State Statue has changed. In August of 2005 the law was changed. Look up, Arizona State Statute 33-1812. That is why Anasazi sends out ballots to us with ABSENTEE BALLOT ON IT. That is why your proxy is being questioned by other resident's.(Why Just Mine and Not Izzy or Janet ???) Something else wrong with your proxy, the date of June 22, 2012 should be the date the notary's license expires not the date the proxy was signed. Why do I know that? I am a NOTARY!!!

Could not go to board meeting! Some of us have to work for a living! The 6pm is good for the board members cause they have nothing else to do,except tip the wine.

Resident Comments on Board Meeting
Sure they can blame old management 1 year later....They blame George Bush 3.5 years later!

May have been attending anger management sessions. First Class was sold out so he decided not to fly in. Just to hot for him to show up. Could not get a limo. Family issues. Just did not want to come. Pick one of the above!
Izzy has to be told by other board members that he is embarassing us and himself every time he attends a meeting.
He must be asked to step down! His lack of knowledge on how to even use a calculator was unbelievable!

And then after 2 minutes of silence while he did finally figure it out to say that the money spent was a waste of money was beyond words.
Izzy! $40.00 per hour X 4 hours per day = $160.00 per day. $160.00 X 104 days = $16,640.00 per year not the $30,000.00 figure you first came up with ??????
$16,640.00 divided by 600 condos = $27.74 per year per condo. $2.31 per month per condo for pool security (and this is for 4 hours per day on weekends) Come on Izzy. It is not the residents job to tell short term renters to keep their kids off the waterfalls and stop jumping off the waterfalls.

In the meeting they stated that the office cannot find any of the paperwork pertaining to dogs, proxies etc. In other words all resident's not just you.
They stated to your girlfriend that they would allow her to ask a question for this meeting but she would have to come up with the paperwork allowing you to ask questions. This is all here say since you weren't at the meeting. In fact, it was a great meeting for once everyone was civil. No one shouted, no one was rude and obnoxious. SURPRISING ISN'T IT!!!!Everyone, finally acted and conducted themselves like the ADULTS they are.
